I see in the Internet Poker forum that people are reporting long cashout waits via all methods on the Equity Poker Network, which H€ritag€ is a part of. Most of those players probably play on other skins and/or don't bet sports, though. Trying to gauge if their long wait times are at all relevant here.

Not sure on your Pinnacle for Canada questions, but looking at their website it sure looks like everything will be CAD. For example their UKASH page talks about only Canadians with Canadian dollar accounts and Canadian currency vouchers can use that deposit method. So seems like there are at least some ways to fund for free in CAD.

Whether withdrawals are sent in CAD or have conversion fees involved I don't know. You probably want to check with them on that. Pinnacle support is fairly good, should probably just ask them regarding whichever methods you might use.

They don't accept US players. Anything you'd do to get an account with them wouldn't be worth it. Just use US friendly ones. 5Dimes has best margins and a lot of markets. Bookmaker is good for large limits. Is other sites with good bonuses that are a tier down but many still fine: ex: bovada. Then some a tier further that could be worth the risk in certain spots - but 5Dimes / Bookmaker tier 1, bovada tier 2 - BetOnline only a little behind, are probably your top ones for US. Then is a newer class of bookies operating only in bitcoin. Thus far nitrogen seems to be the best of those.

Not an excessive amount, I said they were not far behind and included them in top options. But they certainly have issues the other sites don't. They charge 6.5% fee on many deposit methods but don't display this in their cashier. It is in the fine print of their terms which are not even linked in the cashier. They cover fees on WU only if you send in a receipt and sometimes have to chase them. They stack bonuses after previously having busted unless ask to get it reset. Players who don't know any better won't. When the rare disputes come up, which do come up at every site period, they are often tough to deal with. They had some more issues in the past which have since been resolved (just a couple years ago 10 days waiting on e-wallet payouts then to get told wasn't possible have to change methods for one - voiding lines because they sucked at creating openers for two - but that stuff all improved now). I'm not sure they fixed it or not but last season you'd bet a wong teaser and it said -110 on the bet slip. But it gave odds of -120. It showed right on the slip -110 though. Easy to be fooled if betting quickly. Another that was buried in fine print but wouldn't notice it from looking at odds. Ultimately they are fine, but are not without some issue.

fwiw i agree with all your critiques. though they also seem to cash out immediately. so, imo, that already puts them in top tier of books.

Say have $23,000 in rollover and bust. Then deposit and get a new bonus that has $10,000 rollover requirement. Are stuck with $33,000 rollover. (this is stacked rollover)

On some occasions they email a solicitation saying it has been reset. Other times when requesting the bonus after depositing the rep removes it. Often though it stands unless asking them BEFORE depositing to reset it. They try often to stick players who don't know any better with the stacked rollover. If you ask early they fix it, if you don't ask can get stuck with rollover stacked. No site really does this. Just one of their several odd tactics.

For winning US players I consider betonline to be the absolute best of the best...BO and bookmaker are the only places that will take action on smaller markets without ridiculous limit cuts after you win like 5k. They also post openers earlier than Pinnacle for MLB at least. And for me the wire payouts have been fast with no issues. 5 dimes is also really good but they cut pretty fast, heritage and bovada are just a joke.

Bookmaker has sharper lines and higher vig than the others so it's not as good but is worth playing for the bonuses if anything. Occasionally they will hang some juicy props out there.

Potentially stupid question from a newb - Why do I only see 10 week 3 games for NFL on bovada?

They are slow to list odds. The saints game is off the board everywhere waiting on injury report. The other 5 they probably don't list yet because are worried about moves. A couple of those games I have middles and arbs on using major professional friendly books for each side. They'll list them all but will wait for the market to firm up before they add those others.
