What books have the sharpest lines now? Is it still Pinn or is that in the past?

SBO has higher limits for soccer. Banking options depend where you live and are not advertised for all markets.

sweep single, for American sports I'm not sure there is a replacement to look at. Pinnacle is still probably best we have to go on for those.

Opinions on MarathonBet? They seem to have some juicy lines.

They're similar to how 5Dimes is just a different market. They pay, and can still keep okay limits for major leagues, but the handicap markets they show up best for limits get cut quick on those.

I'm new to this, what do you mean with limits getting cut quick? They will put a limit at how much I can bet when I win consistently? At about what size of bets?

I would not feel any safer doing this.

I misunderstood your question. A+ type book and won't have a problem with them.

I thought when you said juicy lines that you were referring to something else. To explain anyway, can read section from FAQ sticky thread on personal limits. They have several smaller markets where limits start between 300 and 900 EUR that a lot of value can be found. That doesn't last long at all. If you're betting those +EV only - win or lose you will get personal limits on those markets.

housenuts from Canada I'd suggest just having an e-wallet set up using oddsportal.com to shop odds and depositing at whichever has the best. You can move the money right back out after one bet if you want to or need it. No need to keep them all funded beyond level you feel safe nor what you need. Pinnacle also has one free payout per month so keep 1 or 2 bets there if hesitant. Other sites like Betfair, Bet365, Ladbrokes, etc. can cash in and out everyday if you want to.

Which book would you recommend? Should I just wire 40k to bookmaker?

I'm aware bookmaker has the worst juice and cashout fees are huge. Heritage seems good but they dont seem to take big deposits and neither does 5 dimes? I hear people say deposit money in different books to shop for best lines but how does anyone get 10k to heritage and 5dimes if they dont accept wire deposits? I know they accept WU but deposit is max 1500 or 3000 and that is useless for me.

The other thing is i hear 5dimes limits you if you win so if you do get limited... do you have the opportunity to transfer that whole amount to bookmaker? With how frustrating usa offshore climate is... i dont want to have to withdraw my entire balance at one book by check/WU and then need to deposit that amt into another book. Basically want 1 or 2 book max and it seems like bookmaker is the book to play with since they are the only PRO FRIENDLY BOOK? Also seems that heritage limits players as well from what i read and 5dimes seem to limit after you win a certain amt from what i hear people talk about.
lots better options than bookmaker if you only want to bet 1.2k per game max

$40K from the US. Personally I'd take a vacation get a drivers license and bank account somewhere else and use all sites. But speaking just on the US from the US:

$15K in Moneyorder deposits to 5Dimes

With these split up using Western Union and MoneyGram to avoid getting flagged:

$15K of $5K each to Bookmaker, Heritage and Legends
$3K to Bovada

Shop bonuses for these before depositing:

$3K to (removed)
$2K to GTBets
$1K to Justbet
$1K to YouWager

ya i have moneybookers set up. but it still takes time to withdraw from one site to put funds on another..and there's sometimes withdraw costs so can't be doing it all the time. but ya, my plan was to take some out of 365 to moneybookers, and then fund a new one from it.

Only the discount margin bookies charge withdrawal fees. 90% don't. Pinnacle pays in 20 minutes or less to e-wallets (1 free per month). Most the reputable betting sites are by 10AM UK time the following morning. Ex: Will Hill, Ladbrokes, Betfair etc. etc. It's the US sites that are slow. Intertops can take a few days, BetOnline, Bookmaker can take a week or more. But most books are not like that, US market is just brutal.

Nearly all books will collar you if you are a winner betting large amounts (except pinny and maybe bookmaker if you are only betting big markets). It is kind of inherited that being limited at a book is cost of business. Unless it us a super shady book, you will be paid. Might as well get what you can if you are a winner imo.

All the books that pp mentioned for bonuses are paying books. You might be limited at some point betting 1k a bet and winning but why not take it?

Honest question with no ill intent, why are you looking to deposit 40k online and are asking questions a novice bettor would ask?

why put all 40k on one site?
all thats doing is

1)increasing your risk
2)getting worse lines
3)it will get you banned faster

Generally speaking the lines in Vegas are worse. The difference is if you're betting 400-1200 a game there nobody will know who the **** you are anyway so you can keep winning. Although you might be able to beat online spreads but not Vegas spreads since the juice is so much higher and its a pita to line shop.Play a few books online, get better odds, maybe even clear some bonuses by betting what you would be betting anyway.

Do you want to bet a lot more than 400-1200 a game and have a much larger role than 40k to work with? If not I don't see how " I hear people say the big players all bet offshore and rarely in vegas because you can't get much down. " really would apply to you.

Which sportsbooks offer betting on e-sports (starcraft 2, dota 2, etc.)? I know Pinnacle does, but are there any other?

just gotta come here and say 5dimes is awful, just signed up this week and entire site has been down twice, once right before the start of the sunday nfl games and then its completely down again when I'm trying to place a bet on Alabama/Georgia. Been trying to load the page with the NCAA betting lines and its unable to load page, for over 15 minutes now, on two different internet connections....pathetic.

sportbet.com also works great for 5dimes, I agree it's terrible they don't let players know, and the down time that they have.
