Do you need to actually bet in bitcoin, or is account in USD and deposit/withdrawal with bitcoin fine. Because if it is than you'll find the best value at 5Dimes which has poker and sports. For sports don't take any bonus offers, stay on reduced juice.

If needing to actually bet in bitcoin. My first advise is to use 2-step authentication on all these sites. There are scamers working these sites constantly for payoffs. When someone shows up on a forum and says 8 BTC disappeared from my account, or I sent a deposit this site here is the transaction it didn't get credited.. no one believes them. Such allegations are doing nothing to these sites reputations because there are so many wannabe social engineers trying to take shots. If a site has a short falling of cash, I think they could get a way with just debiting a few accounts. Not saying that will happen, but if some site does it, they are going to target those without 2FA. So it keeps account safe from hackers accessing accounts and makes you less of a target is site goes rogue.

Next keep in mind all these bitcoin only sites are new. 5Dimes and Bookmaker which take BTC deposits and do BTC payouts but keep accounts in USD are multiple decades older than these books. These bitcoin sites even the large ones have some 30 employees, and are not big operations. Proceed with caution.

Warnings out of the way, If needing to actually bet in bitcoin, Nitrogen is best for sports. They have a poker room too but I don't know anything about it, if it is on a network or has traffic or not. Without poker, but just sports. Cloudbet is an okay option. CasinoBitco.in for simple point spreads and totals for small limits is fine too.

^ That ends my list of what can recommend blindly, and comes with the warnings already given. These books could all disappear, just if betting on 3 that are safest to use - those have my current vote and that is as far as it goes. (I'd still say 5Dimes / Bookmaker * 10 over these all).

Some others that you will hear about:

Anonibet I'd suggest reading this. Those terms are scary, but is probably more the case of they don't even know how uncool that is. Idk, once their deposit hang ups are worked out, if know what are doing they might be worth hitting first and fast. After that I'd step back and not give them having money they can remove past bonus winnings from hanging around in an account.

Betcoin *has poker too* I'd put on avoid list for now. Their support has issues and payouts sometimes taking a few days. Also, seems they were careless in banking too, and some people paid from them got their coinbase shutdown. They also a while back had an issue with expired SSL. This all said you might want to research them more and decide from there. People are still getting paid, there is just some issues. They have a poker room that is networked to WPN for tournaments too.

If your wagers are small, Jetwin is an interesting one that requires caution too. They use the same software that Getwin did which was a horrible book, and have a name that rhymes with it. Overtalk makes me skeptical, because when asked about it they responded, we only purchased their software and when did we requested a signed statement from them that all players were paid. Lol gee thanks but if you left it at just purchased software, maybe I could brush that comment off. Said too much IMO. Anyways that aside... They have a ton of markets all with small limits and some real soft stuff. Their support is good, their model with small limits is a sign they are concerned with managing risks. Payouts have been fine. They also have steadily adding new features, which means they are investing in their system. I think chances their intentions are fly-by-night are small. I like what I see besides the Getwin issue. For small bettors who like props is some interesting stuff there. For me limits are so small i could lose balance and not care. Depending on bankroll I'd say for smaller players use caution, and if any complaints come up get out straight away. For now is decent value for someone needing to build a roll.

IMO avoid the bitcoin agents. If absolutely can't because value of having those accounts is too great, then go with olebitcoin and avoid AsianConnect88.

DirectBet is a cute little niche site and is about as far as it goes. There could be some occasional uses for them though.

Outside that, unless I'm just forgetting one, there are no other bitcoin books I consider at all worth looking at.

I know a while back when i used bookmaker they gave me a freeplay and i did the 3 team 8 way parlay where i got back 72.5% of the freeplay value. I got a freeplay now with them again but from what i read, if you do this, they wont like it and its considered bonus abuse. Is this true/false?

When i did this many years ago, i never thought it was against the rules and nothing ever happened. But is this recommended now? I read people mention go and bet a big underdog instead but the issue is they only allow bets from -200 to +300. Thus you can't even use the FP on a moneyline in basketball or football, just side and spreads. Of course you could use it on ML on hockey and baseball though.

The thing is would bookmaker notice the 3 team 8 way parlay with a freeplay? I assume they wouldn't take it away if you do that right? I do see in their T and C that if anyone is defrauding the freeplay in any way, they say they could not only confiscate that but even your entire winnings/balance as well. I assume this isn't true right? I guess its frowned upon but is it a really bad thing to do? They aren't liberal with their freeplay... u can only use it on ML that are -200 to +300 and it can only be in hockey or baseball or soccer whereas you can't use it in basketball/football.

The thing is this was a sure way to get 72.5% of the freeplay value but would you recommend doing something else instead? I believe betonline you could use freeplay on anything but bookmaker they are very strict with it. Or would they not care that much and probably won't give you reload bonuses in the future if they see you do this?

Are you saying bet all legs of the free play at Bookmaker? If so, then yes avoid that. If you enter one at their site and the rest somewhere else, then I don't expect that will be a problem at all. I'm an affiliate with them and my better players always put in parlays with their free plays.

Yes i meant all 8 legs of the free play at bookmaker. I only done that once with them when i created an account many years ago. I obviously never thought it was bonus abuse b/c i thought that is what anyone should be doing if they had a clue. It wasn't until i read now that if they notice that, they won't like it.

How would i be able to do 1 parlay at bookmaker and the other ones at other books? You mean bet the entire freeplay into one parlay? Thus a $500 freeplay... if i would done it all at bookmaker, i would do 3 team parlay 8 legs for $62.50 each which would guarantee $362.50 or so. But how would i do this? I assume you dont mean bet the $500 freeplay at once at $500 to win $2980 or so then do 7 other parlay legs at other books? And if so, how much is each leg suppose to be?

Yea this would be no issue doing just 1 parlay at bookmaker and other ones at other books but im confused with the math on how to do this with my $500 freeplay at bookmaker.

If you are in no hurry do 100 unique $5 FPs without the hedge. Doing 3 of those most days, you'll be done in just over a month. If need to do it in half the that time make it $10 ones and you'll be done faster.

Otherwise you need to get promos and bonuses at other books for converting it somewhere to cash.

Another question i have is betfair. I know they are like matchbook in that they are an exchange but can you change the betfair odds to american odds instead of decimal on the site? Also do they even allow usd or its only euro? Also are there odds similar to matchbook? Reason why i ask this is b/c i always hear ppl lay good odds on betfair but are the odds similar to matchbook in low juice or is it like pinnacle? Whats confusing is they have both a sportsbook and an exchange? When i checked the exchange, it looked really confusing as there doesn't even seem to be much money put on games in american sports.

Betfair does take USD. They don't support American odds format.

Their liquidity is good for soccer, tennis, cricket, golf etc. It is poor for American sports (not much use for them with those).

I barely use them anymore. This is a review from when I used them. It is worth the skim because their website was confusing before to navigate and figure this out. Some stuff I explained in more details just because some had no clue how it works. For skimming can see about discount rate, etc. there, easily enough without digging through Betfair's pages.

The reason I don't use them is for the country I live they raised the commission to 6.5%. This was like a slap in the face, because I worked hard on keeping a high discount rate for paying a reasonable commission. I threw in the towel after that, but do find some spots on certain things (mostly futures I'll eventually hedge).

There are a few more features added since I had wrote that, but nothing too important to mention. Such as you can click cash out now, to sell full position without having to do the math.

The model of exchanges, is different to sportsbooks.

And unfortunately, matchbook, has a different commission structure to Betfair.

Putting aside super-commission factors, if u win too much on Betfair, the 'normal' commission on Betfair, is about 3% - sliding scale based on volume, on your winning bets. If u lose, u pay no comm.

The comm on Betfair, is based on Final profit/loss .. if u have 1000 different trades on a game, and end up, with $100/$200 .. so, if it wins, u win $100, and u lose $200 if it loses .. I think -200 in USA betting terms, u would pay $3 if the event selection wins, getting $97 back. Or would lose $200.

On matchbook, their comm is based n each trade .. I think at 1.5%, its just been increased. So, if u have just one bet on a game .. say $100/$200, if it wins, u pay $1.5, and get a net $98.50 .. if it loses, u lose $200.

The problem arises, that matchbook comm is based on each trade. So, if u have 5 different trades on the same game, u might end up with a book, of $100/$200, but pay 7.5% comm.

This is possible, as u can back and lay on exchanges, as they are fairly liquid on high profile events.

So, basically, if u are just likely to have 1 bet on a game, and leave it, you would be better on Matchbook.

If u wanted to trade, u would be better on Betfair.

//

Let me further explain trading.

Say Mars are playing Venus .. and they bet, -200 Mars.

On Betfair, the Back side, would show, 1.50 to back.
The Lay side would show, 1.51 to lay.

Lets imagine u like Mars.

U want to back Mars at 1.5 .. fine, but, u also try and back them, at 1.51 (-198), 1.52 (-196).

There is no fee for putting offers into the market. So, if your orders are unmatched, its cost u nothing.

Maybe during a few hrs, someone comes along, and want to lay Mars.

So, your orders, of $100/200, $100/198, and $100/196 are all matched.

U now have $300/$594.

Maybe thats too much for u, and the market has now moved to 1.48 to back, 1.49 to lay.

U lay back, $200/404 .. making your final book/position

$100/$194 .. about -194 .. which is better thn -200.

This trading on betfair, costs u nothing, but, on Matchbook, would cost u.

//

I hope u understand .. if I havent explaned it well, or u dont follow anything, just ask .. I have used Betfair for 15 yrs.

The commission at mb is still 1% from everything I know, not 1.5%?
https://www.matchbook.com/page/getti...ons-explained/

Also the commission is far lower at mb and betfairs structure is incredibly confusing and varies by country and how much you wager.

In addition, many american markets like nba have very small dollars and poor lines. Perhaps European Football has better lines for betfair? Not sure.

From Matchbook T & C

For customers registered from Great Britain, our standard commission rate will be 1.15%, instead of 1.0%.

Sorry, my mistake ..

No problem, it's a relief it's still at 1% for most of us. It's a great sportsbook!

This shows a mkt they are offering.

In basic terms, it shows u can immediately bet e7190, at 1.98, on Miami .. with no referals etc, at 1% comm, if they win.

BUT .. The imprtant thing is .. u could ask to back any amount, at 1.99 .. and it just sits there (if u have funds in your account) .. it might get matched, it might not, but, its cost u nothing to ask ... apart from maybe showing your hand ..

Got a question about this and i had asked Winning poker network about this and they said there was no issue so like to know from you guys.

I bet some games on the winning poker network such as blackchippoker and usually bet close to the max limit or the max limit for certain games that have a 1k. I was told if i bet the max allowed which is say 1k for a game on blackchippoker... i could also bet 1k on americas card room, truepoker, betcris, bookmaker, b ds i etc. Thus they are all the same skins in the same bookmaker/betcris group. Has anyone here done this and never had any problems? Thus if you bet the max limit allowed whether its 1k or sometime or 500 or even 2500... are you allowed to bet the max again at another skin? Reason i ask this is b/c its like a way to circumvent betting limits if u want to bet more but wpn poster on the wpn forum tells me this is no issue.

Has anyone here bet the max of 1k at betcris on a game, then 1k bet blackchip, then 1k at americas cardroom, then bookmaker, then B D S I etc? The issue with blackchip and americas card room and true is you have to open the poker client up and can't have both clients up so you could only make bets on one site... then close one poker client then open the other one to bet in the other poker client. Because if some games have a 2500 or 5000 limit... then someone could bet up to 15k this way or 30k and wondering if anyone here has done that without an issue. Of course the line can move since you are betting the max but just want to know from you all if this is allowed.

With bookmaker, betcris im sure you can have multiple windows open and bet the same thing at the same time right? Never tested this out.

I haven't tested it yet but i would definitely like to be able to bet the max 1k on betcris which i done many times already but also do it at blackchippoker, americas cardroom and maybe bookmaker but not sure if that is frowned upon and they would say we notice what you are doing... but winning poker network director says no issues...

You mean a winner with those bets only or you mean in general with my account? But if i lose, then theres no issue?

I already bet the max or close to it at bookmaker and wanted to do more at bcp and another book but i dont want to get a message that we see you are betting the max of 2k or 1k at 2 or 3 of these books. Does it mean bookmaker and wpn is probably not that bad but bookmaker with B D SI would be bad or is it basically the same?

Another question but i cannot get an account at a certain site. Apparently asianconnect88 allows you to sign up through the site through them but the negative seem to be you have to pay for deposit and withdraw fees. I spoke to someone who is from turkey and he uses asianconnect88 for pinnaclesports b/c its restricted in his country.

So if the site either you are restricted from their country or you can't get an account there, this seems to be a way to get through the resritction? The site does seem legit but i do see reviews that say they are shady though.

I would advise against betting with Asianconnect. Go with their competitors instead.

And you should have no issue betting multiple CRIS skins. Unless you're maxing line errors, you're probably not the type of player they'd have issue with.

Not at all strange that this guy consistently spams every forum desperately trying to gain information of this sort....

Im betting the max on many of bookmakers games though these are mostly 2k or 1k.

I wanted to know if there would be an issue with the other skins such as bet d s ii and acr and bcp. I read threads from a while back that this was not okay at all. But then i read its only if you win so i wanted to know if this would be an issue. The last thing i want is to get a message that my limits has been reduced at bookmaker because of me betting the max of 1k or 2k on certain games at ACR, BCP etc.

I don't know whats wrong about asking this. No im not max betting line errors if you mean its something that should be -150 and its -110 or something like that when its really far off.

Morning people,

Please avoid Paddy Power sports at all costs.

One of the biggest UK based bookmakers but has locked my funds away despite me sending them my details - drivers license, utility bill and copy of debit card used to deposit.

I had been on holiday in Iceland and joined, placed a few bets and won. Not large amounts but a fair chunk.

Tried to withdraw, couldn't. Fair enough, sent documents but "sorry, these documents do not match with where you are logging in from". Tried explaining, only to be hit with some obscure terms about addresses needing to match. Total nonesense of an outfit, limited my stakes to f uck all now as well.

Best bit is, I can still deposit as much as I want, only for casino games though, limited to £10 on all horse racing bets!!

I'll get my money eventually hopefully but stay clear!!
