Do you need to actually bet in bitcoin, or is account in USD and deposit/withdrawal with bitcoin fine. Because if it is than you'll find the best value at 5Dimes which has poker and sports. For sports don't take any bonus offers, stay on reduced juice.
If needing to actually bet in bitcoin.
My first advise is to use 2-step authentication on all these sites. There are scamers working these sites constantly for payoffs. When someone shows up on a forum and says 8 BTC disappeared from my account, or I sent a deposit this site here is the transaction it didn't get credited.. no one believes them. Such allegations are doing nothing to these sites reputations because there are so many wannabe social engineers trying to take shots. If a site has a short falling of cash, I think they could get a way with just debiting a few accounts. Not saying that will happen, but if some site does it, they are going to target those without 2FA. So it keeps account safe from hackers accessing accounts and makes you less of a target is site goes rogue.
Next keep in mind all these bitcoin only sites are new. 5Dimes and Bookmaker which take BTC deposits and do BTC payouts but keep accounts in USD are multiple decades older than these books. These bitcoin sites even the large ones have some 30 employees, and are not big operations. Proceed with caution.
Warnings out of the way, If needing to actually bet in bitcoin, Nitrogen is best for sports. They have a poker room too but I don't know anything about it, if it is on a network or has traffic or not. Without poker, but just sports. Cloudbet is an okay option. CasinoBitco.in for simple point spreads and totals for small limits is fine too.
^ That ends my list of what can recommend blindly, and comes with the warnings already given. These books could all disappear, just if betting on 3 that are safest to use - those have my current vote and that is as far as it goes. (I'd still say 5Dimes / Bookmaker * 10 over these all).
Some others that you will hear about

Anonibet I'd suggest
reading this. Those terms are scary, but is probably more the case of they don't even know how uncool that is. Idk, once their deposit hang ups are worked out, if know what are doing they might be worth hitting first and fast. After that I'd step back and not give them having money they can remove past bonus winnings from hanging around in an account.
Betcoin
*has poker too* I'd put on avoid list for now. Their support has issues and payouts sometimes taking a few days. Also, seems they were careless in banking too, and some people paid from them got their coinbase shutdown. They also a while back had an issue with expired SSL. This all said you might want to research them more and decide from there. People are still getting paid, there is just some issues. They have a poker room that is networked to WPN for tournaments too.
If your wagers are small, Jetwin is an interesting one that requires caution too. They use the same software that Getwin did which was a horrible book, and have a name that rhymes with it. Overtalk makes me skeptical, because when asked about it they responded, we only purchased their software and when did we requested a signed statement from them that all players were paid. Lol gee thanks but if you left it at just purchased software, maybe I could brush that comment off. Said too much IMO. Anyways that aside... They have a ton of markets all with small limits and some real soft stuff. Their support is good, their model with small limits is a sign they are concerned with managing risks. Payouts have been fine. They also have steadily adding new features, which means they are investing in their system. I think chances their intentions are fly-by-night are small. I like what I see besides the Getwin issue. For small bettors who like props is some interesting stuff there. For me limits are so small i could lose balance and not care. Depending on bankroll I'd say for smaller players use caution, and if any complaints come up get out straight away. For now is decent value for someone needing to build a roll.
IMO avoid the bitcoin agents. If absolutely can't because value of having those accounts is too great, then go with olebitcoin and avoid AsianConnect88.
DirectBet is a cute little niche site and is about as far as it goes. There could be some occasional uses for them though.
Outside that, unless I'm just forgetting one, there are no other bitcoin books I consider at all worth looking at.
