Does anyone have any thoughts on whether or not the rollover requirements for bonuses on new accounts with a major sportsbook are negiotiable? The reason I ask is because every couple months or so my "account rep" from somewhere like bookmaker will call me up and offer me a special promotion that is not listed on the website, generally 100% up to X amount of dollars. I plan on trying to be a bonus whore this upcoming football season by only betting on RickJ's picks, so I am trying to figure out the best sportsbook to deposit into that would allow me to clear the bonus by the end of the season, whether it be 25%, 50%, or 100%. Obviously, I would prefer 100% but they generally have very large rollover requirements of about 10x. I was wondering if maybe I can try and talk them down to about 6x or 7x.

The problem is, I only plan on betting a handful of games a week (probably his NFL Games and NCAA football games), so I will have to very selective and careful when deciding how much of an initial deposit to put in and what to bet per game that would allow me to clear the bonus. The only books I have deposited in thus far and would not be eligible for bonuses are 5dimes and Bovada.

Thanks.

your best bet would be with a smaller shop like 1vice or wagerweb, where they are more desperate for new customers. with that said i'd still be surprised if they lowered their wagering requirement.

I'm a noob at sport betting and I have a couple of sportsbooks accounts where I play poker. However I noticed that Pinnacle often have better odds than others.

I'd like to open an account at Pinnacle but they don't accept withdrawals directly to my credit card as my other sportsbooks accounts.

I think I have to take 1 more step like neteller or entropay to be able to withdraw on my credit card. But there are fees that will probably negate the small profits I will make from the difference between my actual sportsbooks.

So what would be the best way to withdraw from Pinnacle so the money ends up to my credit card while minimizing the transaction fees?

I don't believe that what you asking is possible. EntroPay is crazy for fees so skip that. For cheapest method would need to know what country you live and currency you use.

I'm from Canada. Instead of Pinnacle, I think I will join Marathonbet since they offer Credit card withdrawal.

However I'd like to know if it is better to open the account in Canadian dollars, US dollars or Euros?

Do they charge extra fees for currency conversion?

I sometimes get Freebets and I almost always arb them. I'm no pro so I only get about 60% return. 2 questions:

1) What sports do you use most to arb Freebets (I use Ice Hockey (money line, Handicap and over under), Tennis, Baseball (money line; run line and over under should be fine too).

2) What's the best way to profit from arbing Freebets.

From Canada the cheapest method is to set up an Instadebit account in CAD. This is accepted at Pinnacle and Bet365. Pinnacle has the best odds the majority of the time. Bet365 if you've never had an account for sure open one (but make sure are depositing the full $200). They have a 100% up to $200 cash bonus (not free play but actual cash) with just three times rollover (deposit $200 start with $400, and can cash out after making $1200 in bets). They also have neat features such as high quality licensed streams of sports matches from around the world (not US sports though - but soccer, tennis, volleyball etc.).

If wanting to take it further, from Canada there are MANY bonus offers and it is worth using many books. If doing this I would suggest opening a USD bank account (easy to do most CA banks offer this) and a USD skrill account. Even when the site accepts CAD - if they do not have Instadebit as a banking method, open your account with them in USD and use your USD Skrill account.

For the most part the only only betting accounts you keep in CAD are those that support Instadebit. The one exception is bodog.eu - they have interac e-transfer as a banking method.

With these e-wallets it is easy to shop odds. oddsportal.com, oddschecker.com, xxhttp://www.sbrforum.com/betting-odds/ etc will show the odds from multiple books. It doesn't cost anything in fees to move money from one book to the other using e-wallets.

Also a tip with Instadebit the fees are small (I think $1 for a load and payout). Skrill I am not sure the fees, but if it is considerable - you can always deposit to a poker site with Instadebit and make a tiny Skrill deposit too. Having used both some will let you cash out later with Skrill thus funding your Skrill account much cheaper.

It depends on the terms of the free bet. If you can bet parlays do a 3-team parlay at 6-to1 and bet all possible outcomes (just don't do them all at the same site). If you can't use parlays then should just bet it on the highest odds allowed and arb out at the other site.

I've taken a look at Instadebit and I agree it seems they have the lowest fees. However I'm not very happy creating a direct online link to my bank account only to get Pinnacle odds.

As far as Bet365, it is a very interesting offer and they accept withdrawals to credit cards. I'll probably take the offer as soon as I get a little break from playing poker tournaments.

For maximizing Freebets, parlays seems best but they take more time. A 3 teams parlay is 8 bets I think; so more work for that extra 15% value. Maybe I'll try a 2 teams parlay with 4 bets and see how it goes.

I use SBRforums Freeplay Value Calculator but they only go 1 line at a time. Is there an offline downloadable tool to calculate Freeplay and Arbitrage?

Do you basically think it's worth the hassle to transfer a dime rather than just deposit?

I'm looking to make a bet on the Spurs heat Moneyline tonight, but Bovada hasn't posted any. Is it normal for Bovada to not post it until the very last hour, or do they not make moneylines available at all for NBA?

They very often do not offer moneylines when the point spreads are small.

I posted this in the Bovada thread over in Internet Poker but I used a Bovada Free Bet on a UFC fight that ended up being cancelled. I was then informed by customer support (after about 5 emails) that "No Action" is the same as a "Loss" when using a free bet.

Is this standard across online sportsbooks? Seems a little scummy, imo.

I didn't see this until now. No for a cancelled event it is not standard to lose your bonus bet. If however there is a push example bet -5 in NBA game and team wins by 5 - then at some sites free play is lost. If it is just no action because of a fight being cancelled or w/e then this seems wrong.

The will want you to rollover you bet 2X prior to cash out. Free P2P is up to $40 of the fees covered and requires that you have had no payout in past 30 days.
