Does bet365 might limit your account if you win at major leagues like NFL and NBA ? Or they only limit your account if you win at small leagues, under18 teams etc ?

I got my account limited at bet365, now Im betting on friends account, but $1k bets , sometimes bet365 acept only $390. To avoid being limited again Im making good bets mixed with ''bad'' bets, for example, X team at -22,5 euro basket that Im sure its a good bet, I place a multilple bet with GS Warriors to win vs Nets. I don't think this bet is a good bet, but I give few bucks in ev to avoid being caught as a solid bettor who only bets at ''small'' leagues. This works or its obvious to bet365 ?

Just thought I should let people know about DSI, "A+ Rated" book.

I have been a customer of DSI for 2 years plus, never had a single issue with them. Recently over the summer, they branched off on their own away from Bookmaker.EU. I contacted BookMaker as I noticed the interface on DSI had changed and they assured me I would have no issue and vouched for them going forward.

Within one month, my account with over $23,000 in it was frozen. I called several times a day to find out what was going on and could not get a response. Finally after about an entire month had passed by, I got in contact with the manager Brock at the end of August and he apologized that my issue hadn’t been resolved and assured me he would have it handled in the next few weeks. He said they were “updating their system” as it had recently changed and “doing account verification”. Mind you others I know were doing successful payouts at this same exact time but my account remained on hold.

I patiently waited one month and got in contact with Brock (mind you it took me 10 days and about 10 phone calls to reach him once). He told me that my account issue would be resolved in one week. I called back a week later and he told me that he was sorry but that my account was still frozen and would remain that way until they finish "verifying my account". Another two months had passed since he told me that and Brock will no longer pick up when I call and ask for him. I call at least 2-3 times a day to speak with him and he was always “in a meeting” or “out of the country”. I asked who are his superiors and was told it was two men by the name of “Anthony” and “Brian”. Both also are never available and able to speak to me. All I want is just a simple conversation to get an explanation as to WHY my account issue has not been resolved after 4.5 months. This is an "A" rated book. I have left him over 20 messages to please call me and he refuses to do so.

I filed a complaint with SBRForum and have been working with Matt Rossi. He got in contact with them and was given the same run around excuse of “account verification”. For several weeks Matt has tried to resolve the issue and we have gotten absolutely nowhere. I have not heard from Matt regarding my payout complaint in 2 weeks despite my emailing him for an update.

I've seen them help people come to resolutions with books. I didn't fully expect them to solve it instantly. I looked at it as a freeroll. It couldn't hurt my chances of getting paid out faster. What I was doing on my own wasn't working in any way.

SBRForum did just recently lower DSI from A+ to A and it had a lot to do with my situation and how they've been handling it. That hurts DSI a fair amount actually in the long run. There are some people who do value SBR's rating guide and will only sign up at a A+ book which DSI isn't anymore.

Well looks like SBR did pay attention to my issue because they just downgraded DSI from A+ to B today. This below is my account SBR mentions.

"One of the outstanding issues is a player whose account has been frozen for withdrawals since August 4. He has a balance of $23,832.17 which he is unable to withdraw. The player has wagered with DSI actively for more than two years, wagering exclusively in the sportsbook, including straight bets and props."

I see they have even further downgraded ****** to D+. Really pathetic that they aren't paying you. Sucks to see a once reliable book go down the toilet. I would think they would lose a lot more than 23k in business over this smh.

I actually created an account last week then e-mailed DSI support and CCed SBR asking if the issue was resolved. Neither party responded. I'm not going to deposit.
