Keep the default reduced juice option, those who take a 5Dimes bonus instead end up regretting it. Also, if you take bonus instead and manage to meet the rollover required, your theoretic return is less than had you made all those bets while being on reduced juice.

I am a newb so lets get that outta the way... I just got off chat with 5dimes and switched from "reduced juice" to "free-play". I prefer free play because I will only bet MMA and my understanding is that "reduced juice" only applies to sports like soccer, NFL etc.

Good move?

FYI she also said I have 1 free option to switch again later if I want.

I'm sure it's been asked a million times but as a US player what book would you recommend? I'm leaning towards Boo**aker or 5**mes, more towards Boo**aker as they seem to be better on payouts from what I've seem for reviews. Lines are better at 5**mes though. Also considering to open an account with Bo**da but the MLB lies stink, will only use for poker and maybe occasional bet if I see a favorable line.

I did some additional research and came to the same conclusion, thanks in large part due to sticky thread here.

I just hope I end up in a situation where need to make a withdrawal but don't run into payout issues.

Is there any point of even betting at betcris as oppose to the wpn skins? I get no more betpoints at betcris so isn't betting at bcp/acr/true basically the same thing then? At least with wpn, well you can transfer it to poker.

I've been using 5Dimes recently for laying my pucks. Twice they have marked my bets as losers, when they've won. Both times I had to contact support and go through almost half an hour of haranguing each time, showing them match reports when they try to tell me games went the wrong way. Today they took a bet from me for a live in game wager. The bet was accepted, showed up in my "pending wagers". Then 10 minutes after full-time was over they cancelled it. What kind of ridiculousness is this?! Anyone else have these problems?

I did live in chat, as well as called them twice. They hung up on my both tines after telling me I "don't understand how betting works." They tell me I took a team to win on the money line, that the game ended in a draw, but that they're not taking my money rather refunding it. Why the heck would a book refund what according to them would have been a losing bet? They wouldn't! They're screwing me over and they know it.

The bet was Molde (+1) vs Dinamo Zagreb in Champions League, line was +286. Placed at 3:34 EST (1st half, with the score at 1-1. The match ended 1-1, and they paid the bet I had on the draw, but didn't pay the "+1" bet.

Looks standard to me. Prematch Module +1 was -110 @ Pinnacle. If you bet +1 +286 with the game 1-1 it is an obvious bad line, this is why they are voiding it. Depending when you bet it, likely at that point the 1X2 odds were about +286 on them. So they made a line error. It was a mistake, an obviously bad line. Standard for books to void wagers made on obvious errors.

If it's a bad line why lie to me, treat me like I'm incompetent, rather than say it was a bad line? And how the heck can they get away with confirming bets, then after they win cancelling them? I caught Planet Hollywood out, asked them about it before I bet, lais money on it, line didn't move, went to ask them again if it was good, they called the Rio who confirmed, I bet it again for MUCH more money, then asked them to confirm, thy said "if you have a ticket it's good." Why does the same not apply here?

To tell someone "You bet the team on the money line. The game was a draw, so the money line is a loser but we're going to give you the bet back." Is crap! Nobody is going to refund losers because they're feeling charitable
