What does this even mean? How does a pro gambler purposely make -EV wagers in a very disciplined way? How is that different than playing poker, purposely making all bad plays and then saying, "I played a very disciplined session."

I was interested in depositing money onto a sports betting site and tried to use bovada but got denied because I live in Maryland. Is there another site that will accept Maryland residents? I was going to deposit using a prepaid visa or master card. Any help would be much appreciated.

Alright buddy. Keeping making a living off of -EV and 0 EG bets.

Let's see if you've learned anything -- how many wagers is one parlay bet?

Any non-negative integer is the correct answer. I will be amused to hear your feeble-minded imaginings to the contrary.

Has anyone from the US recently withdrawn money from Bookmaker? I'm on the verge of making a withdraw but was curious about the lead time for each option. Wondering how long it takes to receive a check or if the WD was 10K or more how long did it take them to wire the money to your bank account?

I just had a WU withdraw from Bookmaker for a much smaller amount. Very easy process though. Only took a few days.

Not sure how long bank transfer would take, but your money is good with Bookmaker. I would expect it to go smoothly.

Thanks for the response. Just curious, from the time of the withdraw request, how long does it actually take them to remove the funds from your account?

they'll take the money out the second you request a withdrawal.

Thanks for the response. Just trying to figure out the logistics prior to making a WD.

Currently on Heritage, Bookmaker and ****** (I know the last two are the same thing)...

I'm American looking for some more options with golf markets. Ideally SB that give odds on low rounds, 1st round leader, 3 ball etc. The above are pretty limited.

I went through the withdraw procedure today (cc authorization form/photo id/wait 72 hours from time of last deposit) and requested a max check payout of $3,000. I will follow-up on the timing of everything.

I have a friend who has been betting sports on pinnacle for about 5 years now, is a huge fish and has lost between 100-200k. He is going to shut down his account but before he does, I'm wondering if there is anyway he can leverage threatening to shut his account down to receive preferential treatment of some sort, and if so - the best line to take to get it?

I ask because a guy I knew through poker was getting killed by the partypoker slots in 2012. He was playing like $9 a spin and had dumped 80k over a year or so and when he would call them to complain, they'd throw up to a few grand at a time back in to his account to play with, this happened several times.
Thanks in advance for any help

I'd say closer to 30 per year and it is has been higher the last couple. Wasn't sure, just seemed like there maybe a line to take as it doesn't seem unrealistic that that type of customer could be valued to some extent but fair enough, thanks for the response.

In a world where these businesses are well-run, you'd be correct.

@Ricky

Unfortunately 5D doesn't have much in the way of golf either - just winners and matchups - which DSI has as well.

dsi actually added 3 ball for 1 or 2 match-ups recently - seems they are trying it out.

I'm not sure if any reputable US site carries 1st round leader, top american, top european 3 ball or 1st round leader etc. 365 has it but Americans don't have access - may just start requesting dsi in livechats to see if they will do it.

5 Dimes does all that nonsense and then some for marquee events.

Is it normal for what I would assume to be a reputable site (BetBright) to pay a £600 withdrawal into your bank the next day but when they processed one exactly 24 hours later for £23k not to have it in the bank the next day? Do banks do extra checks or something? Pretty pissed off as I was going to use the money for scoops at the weekend which I now can't do.

I was wondering if anyone experience this with bovada before, and what is likely to happened, I just email them this.

This is about yesterday, I treid sending a message through bovada, not sure if it got through. Yesterday I wanted to place a few small bets on the Golden State Basketball game. I made two small bets, one on D Howard missing his next field goal for $1 at +125. Another bet on Curry making his 2nd freethorw #414976128 for $8 at -800. I noticed after I placed the bets my bankroll dropped a lot. Then when looking into my bets it said that I bet "$80" which is something I did not do, on curry making his shot. I never placed big bets in my life on bovada, my biggest bet has been for $12 which is still pending, besides that all my bets are small amount. I made this bet on a ipad, and I noticed that the decimal option did not work, since I wanted to make other bets that were at -115, and since the decimal did not work, I did not make those bets. I was hoping to get refunded $72. thank you for your time, I waiting over 10 hours in hopes that maybe it was a glitch and would get fixed or something.

I know I did not enter a zero, so I do not know why it says 80. I had bad experienced using the ipad with bovada poker too, hit the chat room, and I could not go back to the table, and to bet I had to use that meter thing or whatever is called which sucks, you cant enter your own amount. I hope I get my money back, this sucks!!!

Really honorable of you to want to reverse this $80 bet even though you won the prop!

Hate when that happens. I once bet $8 billion instead of $800 million.

J/k. but chances are extremely strong you mistakenly bet $80. Chances of getting an adjustment are super slim.

Yeah all they told me was to set up the option of reviewing my bet before I place it. I heard that it happened to other people before, so I dont know if I got scammed, it really sucked, i grinned supper hard for that money...

Now no more betting on my ipad, I hate live betting now, now Im scared if i bet 1 buck it might be 100... I just do it for the fun, hoping to make a few extra big blinds, not to actually make a large amount. I never bet over 12 bucks so yea, and I dont recall hitting the zero...
