Edges in sports betting usually aren't huge, and books can adjust if there are edges out there, so might as well hammer them while they last and move on to the next angle/book and repeat. If you can bet $100 per game and last a little longer compared to betting $1k per game, just bet $1k per game. They will eventually figure out that you're an advantage player no matter what amount you bet, at least for amounts over $100. It might take a bit longer if you bet $200 compared to $2k, or whatever, but I don't think anyone knows exactly what red flags cause books to mark you as an advantage player. Some books may do it based on total win/loss, some may do it based on EV, some may do it vs their closing line, some may do it based on if you only bet props vs full game lines, some may do it based on cash out history, some may do it based on steam chasing activity, or a combination of some/all of the above, or other factors. Since you don't know for sure, just fire away and see what you can get away with.
You might want to make some small adjustments, like don't bet the absolute max, and instead go just below (instead of betting $1k when $1k is the site's max bet, just bet $900, maybe), or whatever you think is appropriate, but in general, just fire, hopefully win, and collect.
