The stacking rollover is a major pain. In September I seen my rollover was the cumulative of many past busted deposits. I emailed and got a quick response:
Quote:
I have send the your request to reset the rollover to our Rollover Department, they will email you when is done.
Same day got response:
Quote:
This email is in regards to your rollover inquiry. The rollover has been reset to zero.
And it was. I was shocked as BetOnline support never goes that well.
Problem is 2 days later, without having made any new deposits the full rollover appeared again. It is still there too.
My Opinion is this. The longer you do this, the larger the future risk of someday being ****ed with a massive rollover is. Why do they have the policy they do now of manual resets when requested as opposed to just programming it that way like it used to be? When you're asking because want to deposit $2K more sure reset (at least on paper, mine came back). But, when trying to cash out $50K well, now that $41,374,389.32 in rollover might suddenly be enforced. So while still good, bonus whoring here is a progressive risk. I'm speculating, but that's my opinion on it.
