now the early/midday factor has grey area. like wichita said, the "early slate" condition is vague. assuming the full slate runs from noon to 10:30 pm eastern, does early slate mean only the noon kickoffs? does it mean before the midpoint of the day (5:15 pm)? if i only want early games i say "swap for games before 3 pm est" or before the LSU game" just to avoid confusion

since its grey area id say half the georgia state bet counts. if it was 1k then count it for 500

early slate is 12p, imo, mid afternoon is 330-4 starts and night games are 7+... based off of this, i would say no action

this is how I've always referred to each section of an entire slate - you may want to ask a few other guys rather than just relying on me, simply to see if others agree rather than relying on me as a single opinion

while not ideal, if you guys can agree to let TC get another swap of some sort for this weekend's slate, that may alleviate the issue, even thought not necessarily an ideal result

I'm going to agree with Zeta.

Steve is pretty active in the thread. So it is reasonable for TooCrispy to think that Steve saw the swap and was okay with it. Ga State is clearly Georgia State and TooCrispy has no control if Steve misread the post.

Based on the fact that Steve saw the post and did not object, I would even support the full amount of the Ga State bet to stand.

However, a fair compromise is to split the Ga State bet based on the fact that Steve wanted an "early slate" swap.

if the 4 pm start time on georgia state was an issue then you should have mentioned that right away. you had 4 hours (noon - 4 pm) to object.

everyone needs to just be careful how they word stuff to prevent confusion like this

based on ur swap offer wording, crispy does not need to ask for clarification. when you post "will swap for x", crispy quotes ur post with his swap and that is all that is needed. this is assuming his swap meets the requirements of whatever "x" is. i do not think 4 pm is "too late in the day" but others (mgb, wichita) disagree. if ur offer said, "ask me to swap" or "i must confirm" then that is a diff story (requires ur confirmation)

same thing with my swap offers that i posted today for soccer spreads and totals. i did not confirm any of the swaps bc cause none is needed for them to count.
