I'll make the same offer I made last year, assuming I can wipe the mothballs off it, and resurrect the swap machine for the week after the Super Bowl. Only 3 things I'd want-all balances in by Wednesday AM, all discrepancies resolved by Friday AM, and no one make any swaps that week so I don't have to track anything else for it. The primary naysayer isn't around now, but up to you guys-it has to be unanimous in order for it to work.

Why is the thread taking a discount and getting paid less, rather than him just increasing the amount of interest he pays you on the back end?

Ie: if the debt is 30k, instead of buying it from the thread for 24k, why don’t we pay the whole thread what they’re actually owed, and RBK pays you back 36k instead of 30k (or whatever y’all agree to)?

It seems far more reasonable that RBK pays interest on his year long 40k loan from a bunch of strangers, rather than the thread who were stiffed timely payment taking a discount.

Have zero knowledge of who Steve is or payment history so hard to make an offer for such an unknown.

I do not know RBK personally but I know people that do and tell me of his character and I am confident I would be paid that balance over time.

I am sure Steve will pay I just have no idea who he is or anything about him
