In no particular order, damn the AFC is weak.
Cleveland is for sure an honorable mention if not on that list

So many better spots for Houston. Tennessee week 4 at home comes to mind.

80% of our league already took Houston last week.
Pretty much everyone is taking New England this week.

Figured it would be +EV to have something different?
I could be wrong though.

meh, divisional game. bungles play dolphins week 5, seems like a better use for them if you're not just going to autopick nyg vs cle that week

Vikes if you didn't use them last week. If you did then Colts.

Huge pool, which I have a lot of entries into, that runs through the playoffs and can only use each team twice so have to think outside the box.

I have two teams in the same survivor league, right now I have NYG and Houston locked in. We didn't pick week 1 so I have everyone available.

All you clowns on New England... have you seen their schedule this year? They have three tough opponents this year (BAL, HOU, SF), four if you actually think Denver is good. There are a ton of great spots to use them, and if you hold off and don't pick them now, they're guaranteed to be significantly less popular in future weeks than they are this week.

Not a fan of picking 6pt favs (SD) in a suvivor until way later in the season. Just pick NE (-14) and lock up the win. If you really want to save NE, take NYG (-9) vs TB.

seems goal here is to go with the grain and then all get eliminated at once and complain how you can't believe team X lost as 14 point favorites

really do not like picking against teams that are going to be top 5 on defense. too much weird **** can happen. if revis does not play pittsburgh becomes a little bit more viable.

I thought the 'divisional game' theory has been proven to be a myth. Plus Cleve-Mia are pretty close with Hayden. Without him the Browns are almost definitely worse imo.

Why consider the efficient markets at your disposal when you can make up arbitrary reasons not to select teams?

I'm thinking autopick the Giants week 5. Their easiest game of the year by far, and there are some other playable games week 5 for the donks (SF, GB, NE).

I'm OK being on the same side as half the pool if it's clearly a team's best week, not OK with doing it on NE this week.

As a Giants fan you are better off picking them, if you feel you have to, vs teams they should not beat. They are the most Jeckyl and Hyde team ever.
