Surprised Pittsburgh won as a road team on a Thursday!!!! So many factors against them!

Only 35/120 picked them in a pick any team each week league. Started with 2100, I only have 1/7 entries left.

Just looked through the picks, only 3/35 (myself + 2) were on Pitts. Feeling good about that.

So in the Big Pool, we started week with 646 entries remaining out of 8000, we only lost about 25 entries on Seattle and Denver. I wound-up taking Buffalo and NY Giants, got spooked by Miami's injuries.

So far through Week 12 I've taken;

Baltimore, Buffalo, Cincinnati, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Green Bay, Houston, Kansas City, New England, NY Giants, NY Jets, Tennessee, & Seattle.

Need to pick two teams for remainder of season. Thoughts on who to take in Week 13?

Do you have # of each team that are left available to pick stats on remaining players?

Do you mean can I see who everyone has picked? Yes, I can see all picks. I can run how many remaining players have picked each team, but it will take me some time.

I ask because being on the least picked 4-point favorite is your play for this week

Those still in season long pools. If you have New England, save them for next week (unless no one else in your pool can take them). If there are a lot of people in your pool, no reason to take New England next week.

Week 13/14 decision between: NE vs LA, DET vs Chi OR NO vs DET, NE vs BAL

Pretty sure he meant the "most" picked 4 point favorite. (the "least" number of opponents who still have that team available---or I guess techincally he meant the least picked fave based on this coming weeks projections...same thing really) But I think you should have understood what he meant. Not sure I agree that NE should still be passed, as it is doubtful more than 10% of your pool will have them available. To wait until 2-3% have them available next week might be pushing it a little, considering the lack of options this week.

You so somehow have Pitt available if I read it right----and I would imagine a similar condition exists in your pool as NE, less than 10% having them available. So to get through this week, and to get through with teams not too many people have, I would say NE and PITT would be the way to go, and root against all of the 4-5 point faves.

However, as Brave was also implying, getting through this week is not even almost the end of the story, as you will have extremely few good options in the next few weeks, so maybe he is right that you need to gamble and wait another week for NE. No idea how you will get through week 14 with the teams you have not used.

Hard to believe 15% have NE left. I think Yahoo stats are skewed since can set up pools that start in later weeks, also multiple strike pools, etc.
