I'll see what the steam does. I tend to feel like Green Bay win more often than Seattle, but with the exception of New England I have way better picks than him left (can still take Dallas, Green Bay and Pittsburgh and he cant)

edit: just realised this is the entry I picked KC in week 1 not Seattle, i'd made a few posts where I thought I could still pick KC

Agree that AZ is the best pick in week 11, would probably consider SD if there were still a bunch of entries left but there aren't.

Appreciate the input as this is only my 2nd season following the NFL and being in survivor pools so i'm still relatively inexperienced

My path so far is KC/Car/Mia/Was/NE/Ten/Cin/Den and his is GB/Car/Dal/Was/Pit/Buf/KC/Den

If I want, I can go Sea/AZ in the next 2 weeks and assume he will pick the same team, or I can take Dallas or GB this week if I want a unique pick.

There's a good chance he uses the Pats away vs the 49ers in week 11 and I have to choose between Dallas at home vs Baltimore, KC at home vs Buccs and NYG at home vs Bears. Assuming I go Dallas, that takes us to week 12, I have Buffalo and he doesn't at home vs JAX, other than that we're both pretty hard up for picks that will be substantial favs. 13 we both have a tough week although i'll have the Packers at home to Texans if I want and he won't or Steelers at home to Giants. Week 14 he has Bengals away to Browns that I don't, Week 15 I have Bills at home to Browns and we both have the Texans at home to JAX, then either of the last two weeks I have Steelers in huge fav spots if I haven't used them yet and he'll be hard up for picks

Pretty unlikely it'll get that far though unless I try to mirror his picks as much as possible

If the lines stay fairly similar for Sea/GB i'll consider switching over to the Seahawks for this week since that's his most likely pick, as long as I survive his Pats week in Week 11 with the Cowboys beating the Ravens I have the substantially better draw from week 12 onwards with remaining teams if I choose to try and draw it out

If it's 1 v 1, save a few exceptions, just take the best moneyline team available that you have. If you don't, and he does, he has an advantage that week.

Very easy this week. Don't pick Kansas City. Not because JohnnyLift thinks they'll lose though of course.

Avoid Dallas. Heavily picked and can be used in several spots later. Rather take Green Bay over Seattle. Minnesota is the best value pick of the week hands down

Why not KC, I have KC and Sea available?

Will be highest selected team this week. Can still use them in 11 or 15. Seattle will be picked far less and have similar Win % as KC

I have used DAL on both entries.

His smart play would be taking DAL.
I'm probably taking KC and SEA, hoping he takes one of those and I can lock him out.

I'm trying to decide between Seattle (4%) and Green Bay (6%). I had Seattle but I think I am switching to GB.

How many left in your pool and how many have gb/sea? This should impact your decision. Way more ppl in my pool have used GB than sea so I expect gb to be less picked. Leaning them.

Only debate is I'm in 2 pools and deciding whether or not to double down on gb or differentiate

This pool started in Week 5 (I won the first one and we restarted). Only 7 people each time. Six of them remain and nobody has used GB or SEA.

ATL was a top 4 pick. Getting there on a 'gamble' is bad, but if there was a thought process behind it they were a good pick.

That's probably why they were picked by such a low % of people even though they were a 5 point favorite, hence a good pick.

Guess all the people in this thread that think divisional home dogs are a good bet lost some money this week.

No thought process involved. This was by no means a bad pick though. If the game was on Sunday, he probably wouldn't have chosen it

As expected my opponent took Seattle HU in the 31 entry pool

I decided to stick with Green Bay as I think they're a small fav over Seattle and neither have huge future value.
