I had a little Tampa Bay this week too. I went:

1. Cowboys everywhere available.
2. Patriots where I hadn't also taken Ravens, but not more than once per pool.
3. Vikings, 49ers, Buccs, Bills - in that order, one each on entries per pool.

I only used the Bills a single time because only had one pool with enough entries to use them. Buccs I used only twice for same reason.

Of course I used Chargers week 1, but they do seem like the team who would lose to Miami. I’m leaning Rams.

if i decide to avoid the Chargers i'm looking:
- Rams and Colts fill pretty much all of my check boxes when picking.
- Ravens fill almost all the check boxes
- Chiefs and Pats don't but they're the Chiefs and Pats.

- Atl might work too

Chargers play the Steelers at home Week 6, Fins host the Redskins. not sure i really am comfortable picking the the Skins basically ever, so that could be a solid pick for that week if forgoing Chargers this week.

West coast teams are 20-12 playing at 1pm on the east since 2013. FWIW.

Not to mention that the Chargers were 4-1 in the Eastern Time Zone last year, 2-0 regular season in ET 1 PM games, and their only loss was to NE in the Divisional round.

Per SGrid around 11% of entries have used LAC, and they really don't have much future value. Rams and NE only games over a TD right now, and they both have substantial FV. This is bad.

Bucs have screwed me twice this year. Beating Carolina week 2 TNF, and losing to NYG cause lol Matt Gay can't hit a 32 yd field goal.

I wasn’t watching the game but what was with the delay of game penalty after the long completion to Evans? They couldn’t decide whether to run another play or not? Keep in mind Gay had also missed two XPs.

This is a rough week.

LAC, Rams, Colts, Cheifs and Pats seem like the only viable games.

I am deathly afraid of picking against Miami. I dont want to be part of the apocalypse when they finally make a big upset.

I think I will take Chiefs this week.

The Rams appear to have little future value. If you don't choose them this week they can be used in Week 8 when they host the Bengals.

Chargers seem to have no future value at all.

They host DEN and PIT in the next two weeks, and will be a decent counter to heavy PHI (vs Jets), NE (@WAS) in w5 and NE (vs. NYG), DAL (@NYJ), and BAL (vs. CIN) in w6.

If Darnold and Mosley are back, not sure how good that Phi game will look, so if you already took NE and want to save KC, the Chargers in w5-6 isn't terrible?

I probably need to win at least one Nitrogen pool to break even on the BTC selloff embedded within those pools-----trying my best to ignore that harsh reality in my selection process lol.

If btc price fluctuation is a concern of yours, you probably shouldn't play Nitrogen pools. Just treat it as I put in x bitcoin, am I going to win more than x bitcoin.

This only matters if your intent is to turn the BTC into cash as soon as you collect on the pool. There is also a few months to go until you'd cash, so right now it's just a paper loss.
