many do it.. there's all kinds of **** as far as branch offs like that.. the one that folded locally had a wildcard 1 seed auction... highest bid gets choice of the 4 #1 seeds... that one struck me a little odd to do..lol

So in ours the 16 seeds are combined into 1 purchase. This year the relative payout for 1st round win to the purchase was 22:1.
