.............................

when the NBA resumes:

quite a few teams are way better at home then away
this is the mark of an immature team who needs the home crowd cheering them to play well

no guarantees - but it's likely those teams will not do well in the Disney World great adventure

i.e.:

Heat - home 27-5..............away.................14-19

Pacers - home.............21-11............away..............18-15

76ers - the poster child for this..........home - 29-2..............away..................10-24

Nets - home..............18-15....................away........................ ..12-20

Clippers - home.............................25-7............................away................. ...............19-13

Rockets - home......................22-10................................................ .......away....................................... .....18-14

Some of those away splits are standard, or even above expectation lol, but your entire posting being nonsense aside I too am excited for all the neutral site NBA data points we about to get.

you're right - I forgot that the NBA home away differential is higher than other sports - my bad

only pertains to Heat and 6ers

What if they are just really bad playing on the road and they would therefore benefit playing on a neutral court?

I expect that they will not do as badly on a neutral court as they have done on the road

but more importantly I expect that the Heat and the 6ers will have nowhere close to the success on a neutral court that they had at home

they both dominated at home - 27-5 and 29-2 - IMO they will not by any means dominate on a neutral court

BOL posted NBA Awards odds. Someone gathered info of all confirmed votes (link below) and the Giannis DPOY odds seem way off based off info received thus far. Even if you gave AD 2nd place for all ballots that only announced their winner, Giannis would still have nearly 2x as many points. Only ballots to vote AD #1 were LA and International markets.

Morant seems like a lock for ROY as he's been voted 1st in every ballot reported (~30% of all ballots).

Small limits though. Either x to win 250 or 250 to win x
