when you discourage every player and made laugh of him,you give him bad energy.Obviously when you have people making fun of you is a lot harder to cooperate with downswings. It would be a lot better if we encourage people

Nashville and Pittsburgh both come down from 4-1 3rd period deficits to ship the W. That made me feel better by losing two separate NCAA BB bets by a combined 3.5 points....

thats what this thread should be for. lets see how well we can predict the sure thing. and perhaps we can all make some thows

A NBA pick for tonight guys.

02/02 – 2012 – 02:00 CET
Basketball
NBA
Oklahoma City Thunder @ Dallas Mavericks
Moneyline
Pick: Dallas Mavericks
Odds: 1,90 Pinnacle
10 Units

In the recent two games in this season both teams won one game, Oklahoma City Thunder won at home by 104:102 with a triple from Kevin Durant at the buzzer and the Dallas Mavericks won at home by 100:87 against OKC.

Dallas Mavericks had a really slow start to this season, too many new faces on the court but right now I think they are playing much better as a team and they have a really good team and one of the best bench in the NBA. Dallas Mavericks are playing without their playmaker Jason Kidd but Delonte West and Roddy Beaubois are playing very well for the Mavs in his position.

The Oklahoma City Thunder have a really talent squad, Kevin Durant are making a nice season again and his jump shot is almost perfect, very hard to defend. For me the big problem in this team is Westbrook because he will be the star of the team and sometimes he don’t play like a teamate, he makes a lot of turnovers durant the game and this cost easy points for the other team and without Maynor this OKC bench lost a lot of quality because Maynor and Harden together makes life difficult for the other team but just with Harden things are not going so great lately for them.

Playing at home I think that the Dallas Mavericks will win this one, they are playing much better and for me they have prove in the 1st two games in this season that they fixed very well with the Oklahoma City Thunder team so pick here the Dallas Mavericks to win this one tonight.

Good luck

Uh, no. This thread is for people to post and discuss NHL/NBA thread.

Not for people to come here everyday and post "Hey guys, what is the sure thing." Any half intelligent sports bettor knows there is no such thing as a sure thing. So either contribute something, or don't post here. I don't see how asking for a "sure thing" every day is "what this thread is for".

eh my bad then. i thought this was a thread about daily picks for nba and nhl bets. i guess the name of the thread "nba & nhl daily picks" confused me.
02-01-2012 , 08:37 PM
also my bad on thinking we could all make some money by arguing and going with the best betting course of action
02-01-2012 , 08:43 PM
How exactly do these...

Is about the closest you've come to actually contributing.
02-01-2012 , 08:45 PM
well its because i want to start a discussion about it and then put it my feedback. so when utah was out up I gave it my 2 cents

Maybe instead of asking for a lock, you could talk about game you think have good value and say why. Because when you just post "Hey guys, what is the sure thing tonight?" it looks a hell of a lot like "Hey random people, I want to try and make money betting sports. So what should I bet."

And, really? Calling a game debatable is giving your two cents? Great contribution, sir.

Oh yeah, I meant to add this earlier too...

So we are rolling with the biggest bet of the season.

How would you like it if after every pick you lost, I sent you a PM saying "Oh, that wasn't a good pick there, buddy."? Then again, that would actually require you to post a pick or two. Instead of just obnoxiously asking for a sure thing every day, and then claiming some random 1-1 record when you haven't actually posted a single pick you've made.

Everyone - You may not have noticed, but this was a thread originally started by the OP for his own picks. Lets keep the NHL and NBA discussion that other posters want to do in separate threads.

kobstopa - If you want to continue posting picks then please start a new thread with new title "kobstopa's picks" or something. Kind of past the point of no return to change the subject line of this thread and have people actually pay attention.

No harm in starting new threads when the original thread gets super-long or a bit off-track or both.
