I am facing such delay for the very first time. I have withdrawn successfully twice from bet365 by wire transfer but the amount never crossed 1000 USD.
Lately, I withdrawn 2510 USD on 5/6/2018 and until today I didn't receive the amount in my bank. The withdrawal took more than 3 days and I panicked a bit because normally as per my previous experiences I used to get the amount on the 3rd day of the request.
Upon my follow up with their customer service, they insisted me to wait for at-least 10 days and then contact my bank to check the status.
After 10 days and upon contacting the bank, they told me that they haven't received anything yet. I provided them with reference number and other details of transaction which was sent to me by b365 for further investigation but the bank again failed to locate funds.
The last progress and update in this matter is that b365 replied to me saying that they will look further in locating the funds with the payment team but can't provide me with any time frame. Which is so frustrating.
Has something related to this happened with anyone here?
You most likely entered incorrect banking information in your wire request and thus the funds were either sent to the wrong address. I had this happen with myself last month but I called and their support was very helpful. From the withdrawal time to when I got my funds only took about 2 weeks.

I have double checked the bank details and they are just accurate since I used the same details twice and the information saved automatically.
Since you are in the US I have limited knowledge on the strings the regulatory bodies can pull on bookmakers being dodgy with withdrawals. Unfortunately Wh1teNorth is 100% wrong because banking details are already saved upon making the first withdrawal, and Bet365 are notorious for delaying large withdrawals for weeks on many occasions amongst people I know and bettors in threads I've read (I've had many withdrawals over 15k stalled for a long time with them and had to resort to threatening properly structured legal threats to get them to speed it up).
Assuming since this was in July, you would have finally gotten it back. Don't want others to think it's their fault if 365 aren't paying you your withdrawal, THEY ARE STALLING EVERYTIME AND THEY ARE LYING when they come up with reasons like "we have not located it yet." Attack their weak spot through regulatory bodies immediately and don't let any dodgy bookie stall your withdrawal requests.
Received your withdrawal yet? I cashed out thousands of dollars from bet365 without problem. You should you e-wallet like Skrill where you can withdrawal money within hours, then go to ATM to take cash.
