Gotcha thanks. What I actually meant was I couldn't find an actual moneyline anywhere. I found spreads and u/o however. I think I figured out this is bc the spread is even so there is no actual ML bc you can just bet it on the spread? Is this maybe why?

Took GSW at -1. Please to be making comebacks in second half.

That is why. It's redundant.

If GS plays as **** as last game than Clev but I suspect GS will play better and stole the next one (that's what I've been thinking since end of g2)

you could be right but honestly it doesn't look like either team can win on the road in this series.

I just wish the refs didn't let Bogut get away with several illegal screens every game

Refs were letting them play in game 4. They weren't calling much of anything on either end of the court.

Cleveland's offense in the 2nd half, damn.

1) take 6 to 8 seconds to get the ball up the court
2) make one pass/sometimes zero passes and hold the ball for 6 to 8 seconds
3) attempt to penetrate the lane and either get denied or look for some last second pass which often wasn't there.
4) fail to score

It's just amazing to me that they cannot see this happening to them in game and that Lue continues to allow it to happen on the court without changing a thing. A bunch of guys just standing around doing nothing on offense. Especially when refs aren't calling alot of the contact near the basket this just seems like a sure losing strategy for them.

Well normally teams that drive to the hoop get more trips to the free throw line. I disagree that Cavs were just standing around they were clearly trying to draw fouls

From ESPN's website:

NO BALANCE

Irving and James took 33 of Cleveland's 38 shots in the second half and made 16 of the team's 18 field goals.

I'd be interested in a stat that showed the total time that players other than Irving and James held the ball on offense in the 2nd half or even their total touches. As the announcers said afterwards, I can understand a strategy that involved the Cavs getting the ball to James or Irving late in the shot clock but Cavs weren't even trying to run any sort of balanced offense. They just walked the ball up the court each time and then were banking that James or Irving could make a play off the isolation. Since it failed so hard in game 1 and game 2 and even at parts in game 3 when they tried it I'm not so sure why Coach Lue felt it was going to work in this game.

Alot of criticism going towards Lue as well with the minutes that he is playing Irving and James. They pretty much played the entire game 4 and it's possible they were too exhausted to even run a normal offense late in the game. His comments were it's the playoffs, yada yada, but these guys are human. There is a reason Curry and Thompson sit at points in the game on the other side.

probably a reaction to the draymond green news.

You have to wonder if NBA would really have suspended Draymond Green if the series was 3 to 1 the other way.

That's kinda how cavs have always done things. They ride their stars for all their worth.

Very exciting Game 5. It's one thing to ride your stars and another to just run a stale offense that doesn't even involve much of anything from your supporting players.

I realize Irving and James took over in Game 5 and were taking most of the shots but Cleveland played much better offensively overall IMO. They were running the ball up the court and looking to attack early in the shot clock and if something wasn't there they passed the ball around a bit and at least there was movement on their offense. They may need the offense to run through James and Irving but they also at least need the threat of a Kevin Love, JR Smith kick out three on their offense as well. As Irving said after the game their spacing and movement off the ball was much better.

Such a strange series with not even one close game yet in this series. I don't really have a preference going forward as to who takes this series; obviously GS in the drivers seat only having to win one game of two with game seven on their home floor if it comes to that but I think Cleveland now realizes what needs to be down to keep pace with GS.

Cleveland had a great game 5, big motivation and unselfish plays.
James/Irving 82 - 97 Golden State.
P.S. Kevin Love with 2 points, enough to make a cat laugh )))

He is playing very timid out there. He looks scared to take a shot or make a mistake. I've much preferred the effort of Richard Jefferson out there throughout this series. Even though at times his reactions to calls or no calls resemble a preteen throwing a temper tantrum at least he is playing with some kind of passion on the court.

Something really needs to be done about the ridiculous flopping in the nba. One play in G5 really showed how silly it's gotten. Varejao basically hits a cavs player with closeline then spins around his back and flops and the stupid refs call a foul on the cavs plays
