Andrade is an embarrassment to himself, celebrates before finishing, gasses, gets embarrassed

Finally we're on to the three fights that can't possibly suck (unless Silva plays it safe, Carmont wins via LnP and Machida and Mousasi are too scared to engage)

Impressive performances have been few and far between this card

So much fade material

I'm still on the Erick Silva hype train despite his Fitch and Kim losses, win impressively so we can move on to top 20 guys please

I'm back to about even now I think for the card, maybe down a partial unit but adding all the extra on Trinaldo and Y.Alcantara helped a lot.

Just need Machida to win to win slightly for the card, Erick Silva under 1.5 would be nice too (or technically Sato under 1.5, but lol)

Glad to see Silva get back on track. In a way his losses were probably for the best as the UFC fast tracked him too much when he first arrived.

The best thing for Silva is to move up slowly, fight 4x a year, beat another midtier guy, then a gatekeeper, then by the end of the year he's on a 3 fight win streak (likely all early finishes) and ready to face a top 10 guy again and if he wins he gets the #1 contender fight in early 2015

Honestly I think Erick Silva is more live vs GSP/Hendricks than most of the division

Ufc is so terrible with their prospects.

Throw him into fights like Jon Fitch out of nowhere, and when he loses we give him absolute cans, that prove nothing.

Well Erick Silva was -1100 for a reason... even though he was 3-3 in the UFC before this realistically it was two competitive fights with top 10 guys and he won the other four and he'd have been capped at evens or better against Martin Kampmann level guys.

Hmmm, Matt brown vs Eric Silva?

Think that is a great fight! Only problem is it may not get Matt where he wants to go. Also if Eric wins, they are going to throw him right back into top 10 guys.

Also think a declining Kos could work, or mike Pyle.

He has so many options that work, ufc better not screw this one up.

Not Kos, he could LnP derail but the win is also discredited if Silva wins because Kos is past his prime

Silva would destroy Matt Brown imo

I'd say bring him up more slowly and give him the Pyle/Waldburger winner or Story or someone if they need him to face a wrestler
