Not the smartest gameplan win % wise by JDS but he's better at everything than Hunt so good for him

I wasn't that impressed with this performance though. If Jds rematched cain, cain is so damn quick and technical. Has more tools. He's gonna get punished more for mistakes. I expected Jds to get hit less.

That fight just proved how good juniors striking ability truly is. Rocked him multiple times, dropped him twice, and KO'd with a spinning back kick!!! To a K1 grand prix champ lol.

I agree although that said, the overhand that knocked Hunt down in r1 is the same one that knocked Cain out cold in the first fight, Cain's chin isn't as good as Hunt's

I'd say Cain -150/JDS +150 in the rubber match or thereabouts? Hoping that JDS can get it done, and i'm not even sure it's a rubber match, I wouldn't be shocked to see them go best of 5 over the course of their careers and split it 3/2 or something

@Swiiftx you're right on KO and Sub barring something amazing in the main but Holloway/Bermudez was a slightly better fight than Story/Pyle imo and deserves it more, especially since Holloway got robbed of his win bonus, he deserves some bonus money.

I rly think JDS wanted to finish Hunt to make a statement to Cain. He could have easily taken a super safe route in this fight but he was ready to trade overall.

Hunt is gonna have some seriuos damage from this fight. First blood comming out from his ear after JDS hit him in the side of the head. Then looked liked he broke his nose and that head kick at the was sick.

Money wise, yeah I hope Holloway gets it. I think it's close though, they usually give it to main event fights if it's close. 1st and 3rd round of pyle/story was good, both were teeing of on each other and more damage was done. But yeah, I see arguments for both.

It's funny that they give it to main event fights, because when you see the salaries of the prelim guys it's pretty clear that #theyneedit
