Machida has the best chance against Jones at LHW easily outside of Anderson moving to LHW or possibly if Cain or JDS decided to make the cut, I think both could make 205 if they wanted to

Gustaffson comes in 2nd, and Cain JDS and Anderson are the only other guys who can make 205 who would be live against Jones imo other than Sonnen on the off chance that Sonnen can put Jones on his back on his first takedown attempt (which is possible but is his only chance)

If Sonnen gets to +900 or so ill make a play, or if Jones hits -600, otherwise im staying away id say true line is -750/+750ish imo

I'd play Machida up to +300 or so though and Anderson to evens or thereabouts

Oh yeah Cormier if he moves down wud def be awesome. Anderson neva gonna fight Jones. Ducking Weidman itself. Jones doesn't even come into the eq.

yeah not even close to top15.

Etim could have been top25, i don't know. He's not top25 now at least.

Pearson had just lost to Cole Miller. Doubt he was top25.

Either way, Etim + Pearson + loss to Varner =/= Contenderstatus.

I think Anderson would get destroyed by Jones just due to the fact that when he takes down Anderson, and he will take down Anderson, he will dmg him so much that AS won't be the same when he stands up.
I think biggest threats are Machida and Cormier(JDS or Cain aren't going to drop down).

Yeah Barboza isn't a contender, I just think he's beat pretty decent competition, but Pearson is top 25 now, even if he wasn't when Barboza beat him. I really don't know who makes sense for Pettis now other than a title shot, I think Maynard didn't win convincingly(from what i've heard) and he's only had 1 fight since he lost, think he needs to prove him more before he gets a contender spot imo.

Think its 10-9 MM but id be tempted to score first for Dodson personally due to landing the only significant strikes

Round 2 definitely for Dodson, dropped MM twice. Impressive.

10-9 Dodson 2nd round imo, 2 knockdowns and rest of the round was even with DJ having a takedown but he didn't do anything with it.

DJ having trouble with someone like Dodson, when u have a guy equally fast as u with power and good TDD, it's really competetive. Def gona see more matches with these 2.

worried judges have it 29-28 MM due to octagon control but dodson did more damage and i give him r3

Got it 29-28 Dodson atm but it may be the other way

Isn't this a penalty, 1 point?

big decision whether to take a point, i would because he already got a groin strike warning and it was blatant here

yep not surprising no point there cos title fight etc but sucks for dodson

10-9 mm

i have it 38-38 with it coming down to the final round, hopefully judges agree and dont have MM up 3-1 can make a case for dodson winning 1-3 too but close rounds usually go to the champ

that just won MM the fight 48-47 imo

it wouldnt be a total robbery to give dodson rounds 1 to 3 but i expect the scores will be 49-46 49-46 48-47 or something because judges love to score close rounds for champions

MM clearly won 4 and 5, Dodson clearly won 2, and 1/3 are flips with 1 leaning MM unless scored on damage and R3 leaning Dodson imo

given dodson was +200 i dont mind that price given how close it was

point deduction would have made it a majority draw

Think 2 goes 49-46 and one 48-47.

Two 48-47s and a 49-46.

If Johnson had a point taken off because of the illegal knee, it'd have been a draw.

i "gave" dodson two of the first 3

Thought Mouse won every round but the 2nd.

I did feel Hioki deserved the decision over Guida, he had WAY more meaningful offense. Don't think it was the worst decision ever but the bet was def +EV at +205.

Big bet on Pettis was validated though. What a performance, I'd have to say he's neck and neck with Aldo as my favorite fighter.
