Re: MMA Thread

Following and placing some small bets the last few UFC fights.

Noob question: What does it mean when you say “ steam is coming in”? I’m assuming that means the line is moving?

Re: MMA Thread

Never know with these judges but I definitely feel good about my bet no matter what happens. Bet the opening line on Betonline so have him at +210.

Re: MMA Thread

When I heard 30-27 I figured the judges got it wrong the other way.

Re: MMA Thread

Backed kelleher at 5.0 after round 1, don't see any reason why he is that big.

big lol @ cacares at end in rd2 allowing himself to possibly get submitted instead of just continuing to piece him up on the feet.

Re: MMA Thread

Hate seeing a young prospect get beat up like that. Hooper shouldn't even be in the UFC yet.

Re: MMA Thread

Hell stomp his toes when he barges in like that lolz, face to face and you just foot stomp your foes foot. I never see that, that would be signature move like when fighters dip down and punch some ones leg

Edit: Sean O'Malley is so good he may go his whole run to the belt undefeated, and chase bones shine

Hendrix knew how to play the guitar and Sean O'Malley knows how to fight, same level, this dude is all kinds of impressive.

Re: MMA Thread

Shocked Martin only a small fav after 2 rounds could easily be up 2, or 1-1 at worst

Re: MMA Thread

Wow two 30-27s I thought Martin might edge a 29-28 from first two etc and thought it was a legit close decision even tho Magny won the fight as a whole

Re: MMA Thread

Wow, so if Martin had won the third round he would have lost a split decison still. Crazy

1-2 for the card so far but all bets small, the Garbrandt one is big for me

Re: MMA Thread

digitalize the walls in there, more impression management is always positive equity investment

Cody not telegraphing the hulk combo efforts, predictable movement even if rapid, pacman vs Márquez style of reading whats up

When you go out like that and you come too and all the blood is pulsing from your toes up and your shaking

Re: MMA Thread

most people had it scored for martin, i thought 1-2 were so so so close and obv third for magny. not sure i agree with 30-27s for neil though. prob gave 2 to martin, but even that was close. had magny though so i'm happy. felt pretty confident going into the scorecards.

Re: MMA Thread

Took a small Sandhagen sweat last minute at +101 just for the sweat, make the fight a flip so figure it's fine to go small

Re: MMA Thread

Well that was anticlimactic

Impressive by Sterling but disappointing fight ended in first exchange

Stuck like 0.4u for the card, got a unit and a half or so on Cody up next tho lets do it
