I actually do something like this - have a spreadsheet where I track performance on underdogs vs favorites and also break my results down by odds range (for example, I track how I'm doing in pick'ems to +199, +200 to +299, etc.) Don't really want to share my data since I think it's valuable in helping me select which fights to scout, but I think it's a good practice. If you're betting MMA with the intention of making a profit (and it is by far the easiest sport to bet profitably IMO) then there's really no excuse for not maintaining a spreadsheet to track everything IMO, it's really not that difficult, you just need to learn a few Excel formulas (sumifs and countifs really).
