I personally thought that Marquez/Di Chirico was the robbery of the night and that Caceres deserved that win.

I was on Marquez and had him winning. However, he showed a lack of fight IQ. Everyone knows how judges overvalue takedowns.

Italian getting the nod was more expected to me than Caceres doing so.

DC looked very fat at 245

Definitely seems like he'll have more power though.

I actually have a pretty big bet on Israel Adesanya - have been adding to my position as the line has moved in my favor. I'm a big Brad Tavares fan and think he's a very good fighter but I think Adesanya is something special and his length and reach is going to cause Tavares a lot of problems. If I was setting the line I'd probably price Israel at -200.
Quoted for truth. Adessanya is legit. He has all the tools to be a future champion, although I could see a really good wrestler like Weidman giving him problems. A fight against Gastelum would be fascinating.

Very good pick and prediction of what was going to happen. Tavares ranked 8 shows there's a huge drop in talent after the top 5.

I like to see odd style matchups to see what beats what so I can see Adessanya getting a shot at a faded Jacare next to bolster his credibility and if he wins that then on to the big boys.

I haven't caught the fight yet but they were both terrible on TUF, Gunther went 0-2 (but he's friends w Stipe so gets a shot Artem style) and Zuniga obviously was fighting cans in Costa Rica because he got pretty wrecked and is also too small for the weight class on TUF. Gunther is an amazing character though, if anyone doesn't watch TUF you should at least find the clip where they introduce him - he doesn't like to sleep in a bed, he shears Llamas/Alpacas (forget which) for a living and all sorts of other crazy stuff

Actually haven't caught the finale yet although I saw the results. Tons of split and majority decisions. Any must see fights? I saw Pena won like I expected, Gianetti lost a split and Katona won easily. It definitely seems like Katona and Pena are the prospects of the season and they should 100% make Pena vs Trizano next so we can see whether he would have won the show if he didn't get injured during taping, and fully legitimate Trizano as the best guy from his weight class on the season if he can beat Pena too

Tyler Diamond looked like a killer early on the season but it's clear he has some work to do. TAM is where careers go to die with the exception of Cody after Bang Ludwig left.

I find myself wanting to fade steam and back most of the small favourites for 226 so might just watch this one as a fan unless I can get a nice line somewhere

DC the goat! Love that guy, he's the best, clean... Jones beat hm but he's a cheat, he would ragdoll Jones if Jones went clean!!!

That's the thing DC can take a punch, Stipe clearly underestimated DC, and thought he could trade, but Stipe chin's bro!!!
