Added a little Vitor at +225 just because of the steam and offmarket price. Still going to cheer for Machida (by decision ideally so I still win slightly for the fight). I suppose i'd be able to live with a Vitor split decision. I actually don't hate Vitor dec at +800ish because loljudges if it's close but already have the fight to go the distance and in theory Machida should win from range.

Loaded up a ton on Strickland +110, I don't know what the cause of the steam is but he just went from +110 to -125 in the last hour or so, so i'd rather be with the steam than against it, just betting that one purely on the market.

Put a tiny sweat on Oleinik sub at +325 too just because it seems like if he wins that's going to be how the vast majority of the time and he's only a small dog.

Decided I can't do it and bet on Vitor so got rid of that bet which was easy obv as it was offmarket

Added some u2.5 rounds +125 for Alves/Aliev - was going to take Alves ITD but this price is almost as good and has been moving in a bit so market likes it, and it's probably better to have the equity of Aliev catching him with a KO shot than the second half of the third round.

Ended up with more bets than I expected, didn't really expect to be on so many underdogs, in fact all of my bets are underdogs on a UFC card for what might be the first time ever, but after getting rid of the Vitor bet the only one above +200 is my Lineker ITD bet which I really like as I think Lineker finishes him slightly over half the time when he wins which is most of the time.

Also added a little bit onto my Pennington +600 bet, it's about a sixth of the size of the others to win about the same amount now.

Might miss the early prelims but should wake up in time for the main card, good luck all!

I've got

alves -234
zaleski DS +102 (think he'll land the harder strikes and chew up stricklands legs. if strickland wins a boring jab fest, so be it, but don't think strickland will get a friendly scorecard like he has so often in this fight)
vitor +191
dern/cooper u/2.5 -125

will bet jacare and roberson, but hoping to get a better price than currently available, and i'll prob bet ramos if line steams closer to evens. gl

Decent card for me, won just under two bets. Annoyingly I was pretty big on Strickland and it was my biggest bet of the card and I was small on Oleinik sub, but on the plus side Lineker ITD and Ferreira and Gastelum were my second and third and fourth biggest bets.

Won on

Alves/Aliev u2.5 rounds +125
Gastelum +126
Lineker ITD +220
Oleinik SUB +325 (annoyingly this was my smallest bet)
Ferreira +125

Lost on

Strickland +110
Leites +133
Belfort/Machida goes distance +125
Pennington +600

Pity I didn't take Ramos too I wanted to get on there but wasn't a huge fan of the -140ish available. All in all a decent card, can't complain. Dern missing weight by almost an entire weight class was pretty lol, the UFC should force her to move up to 125, she's missed weight in 3 of her 6 fights so far and nearly missed on a 4th occasion, 1 or 2 lbs you can understand as a misjudged weight cut, 7 lbs is just ridiculous especially for 115, by body mass percentage that'd be a LHW missing weight by 13 pounds lol.

225 looks pretty decent on paper, will wait until closer to the card to bet though. I think my next big bet will be on Wonderboy to beat Till via 'there are levels to this technical striking stuff' he's in to -161 at one book, hopefully I can get -150 at some point.

Man... anyone else feel really bad about Pennington's corner not listening to her when she said she was done?

That was pathetic, she told them she wanted out and they told her to suck it up and go take more of a beatdown resulting in her nose being completely shattered it looked like.

Granted I had fight ends in Rounds 4-5 @ +700 so either way the bet won.

Ended up 4u on the card, was exciting to watch with all the finishes.

Yeah motivating your fighter is one thing but when they say in no uncertain terms they're done then they're done, she should replace her corner for her next fight

Had a good card but could have been a great card if Leites had been smarter and if Pennington had been able to survive that 5th round and make it to a decision. In retrospect the line on Nunes / Pennington wasn’t that mispriced I don’t think, Nunes is just a far superior fighter.

That Gastelum / Souza fight was incredible btw, Gastelum is probably my favorite fighter at this point. I may have said this before but he reminds me of a young Chuck Liddell, cast iron chin, good kickboxing with very heavy hands, and really good takedown defense. I think at the end of the day he’s too small to ever be MW champion but either way it’s going to be a lot of fun to watch him over the next couple years.

Yeah big fan of Gastelum myself. Think he could be the number one guy at Welterweight if he ever moves down.
Was a great card in general Machida's front kick was bad ass.

Slightly winning card for me with Olyneik winning and Belfort losing.

Lookinh ahead I really like Miocic at 1.54 but don't want to tie up money yet. Don't think those odds will drop too much in the near future.

Yeah I'm tempted to bet Miocic since he'll have a big size advantage but Cormier is just so good with wrestling and dirty boxing, I don't know if I can pull the trigger there even though Cormier is giving up a ton of size. Some of the props in that one will be interesting.

In terms of upcoming events, UFC 225 is looking like it's going to be a great betting card, already have a max bet on Colby Covington and there are some other spots I like too.

Incidentally, has Gunnar Nelson vs Neil Magny been officially cancelled? I loaded up on Magny at +200 and 5Dimes has yet to refund me my money, which they're usually pretty good about.

Because of the title on the line and they felt she could take even more punishmen...if we give up she might regret it one day ect ! yep that wasnt that bad to push her further ..no title on the line, towel throw in split seconds

Hermansson, Mutante, Oleinik & Dern all came through in a big way. The Joker's comeback was unbelievable and Zaleski's capoeira kick was highlight reel worthy. Even Rocky lasted long enough in the main event to make that a net win for me. Can't complain even considering the big swing with the Jacare/Gastelum decision going against me since I still ended up with 9.05 units profit for the card overall.

US based?

If not give Unibet a shot if u like props. Their straight up lines aren't good but the prop bets are often better than any posted on bestfightodds.

Pinnacle has low vig and is reputable

5dimes has a wide range of bets and low vig although they have some security issues with storing customer data

bet365 have a nice range of props that are often mispriced

Unibet similar to b365

It depends where you're from and which local books you have access to obviously

Any thoughts on this weekends card?

Odds on Grasso look quite big at first glance.
Will probably take Maia by sub once that is out.

Ended up putting money down on Suarez at 1.24 as its a decent arb at the moment.
Probably be better come fight time if odds stay the same and there is some money on Matchbook.
