That u2.5 rounds +165 looks so good for this fight but its heavily steaming on over so I guess i'll leave it. I think this fight is 5050 to end ITD though

Barbzoza price getting pretty ridiculous. I do think Khabib's got this but glad I got Khabib well before now

Condit really needs to drill TDD for the rest of his camps forever

Nice work Magny pickers even if Condit somehow wins from here. Glad I held off backing Condit. His clinching and TDD just lets him down every time in the modern UFC

I wouldn't mind if Condit wants to fight fringe top 15-20 guys as a gatekeeper but he's definitely done as a top 10 fighter. It's a shame he didn't get the real belt when he deserved it in that Lawler performance. If this is his last fight he's had a good and entertaining career, but i'd like to see him back and fighting some upper mid level guys, he'd be totally fine in that role and deserves to go out on a win.

I don’t think it’s a technique problem, Condit just lacks elite athleticism and strength. That’s a tough thing to fix.

Condit loss reminds me of Pettis from a few weeks ago a little. Game is moving too fast for guys who were elite 4 years ago.

Let's go Carla, take her down, punch her in the face and don't get submitted.

Calvillo taking Carla down and Carla almost getting an arbmar is not how I expected r1 to go

10-9 Calvillo but Esparza is better from her back than I expected

Huge shame the round ends when it does just as Carla finally sweeps her

Carla's standup looking sharp in r2 so far

Good scrambling from Calvillo to not allow Carla to settle in to guard there on two successful takedowns. Still, Carla takes the second pretty clearly imo even though it was competitive

19-19

Carla should just keep circling and striking like she did in r2 while mixing shots in and she can win this

If Carla can keep circling and sticking and moving she can just win this on the feet mixing leg kicks into the combo is working

R2 and 3 both close and R1 was dominant, but I have 2 and 3 clearly for Esparza for the clear 29-28 get it right plz judges. Carla def won the 3rd and almost def won 2nd

BOOM, all 3 judges get it right. I was scared.

Calvillo thinks she was robbed but she really wasn't, yeah she won r1 in dominant fashion but Esparza just outstruck her in r2/3 and showed real improvement in her combos

Neither will threaten Joanna/Rose imo even though Carla beat Rose the first time they fought but big win for Carla given she has a win over the champ, one more win and she could get a title shot.

Puts me back slightly into the black for the card now, one win one draw and one loss on my 3 dogs with Khabib pending

gl, going to cheer for Hooker but no bet. He needs to win to break the 7 fight alternating win-loss streak in the UFC so far.

Pretty crazy that Khabib is only on 80k/80k as arguably the UFC's best undefeated prospect who is at worst the third best LW in the world heading into today. Ali Abdelaziz is a clown who sucks at everything apparently including getting his clients paid. Maybe he's got a contract top-loaded towards winning the belt or something or is on an old contract still but for a guy who is their #1 Russian star with a real chance of winning the belt i'd have expected like 150k/150k given he has the undefeated factor going still.

Boom, Hooker snaps his win/loss alternating streak. I know he's a Kiwi and not Australian but if he's healthy enough would be a good addition to the UFC 221 card fighting a top 25 guy (and as i'm writing that he asks to get on the card)

**** the crowd for booing, yeah it wasn't the most exciting fight of all time but he got a finish. 2 fight win streak over Pearson and Diakese is good enough he should get on 221 even if not on the main card.

Whittaker vs Rockhold is great, Hunt vs Blaydes is fine as a comain, but the card could definitely use some more depth. Formiga vs Nguyen is probably the #3 fight and while the winner probably gets the next shot at MM after TJ, the reality is so few people care about FLWs.

Tuivasa, Volkanovski and Hooker are the next best prospects from this part of the world who could be contenders one day. Volkanovski vs Kennedy is fine for the main card I guess as the winner will be undefeated and 3-0 or 4-0 in the UFC. Volkanovski needs some exposure and a step up in competition if he wins this one as he's the next Aussie with top 15 potential if he keeps improving. Tuivasa too I guess given how thin HW is and he's an athletic beast although he's super green and nowhere near ready.

If they want to do a decent buyrate they really should find some big names willing to fight on short notice to throw on the main card though, Whittaker vs Rockhold with a Mark Hunt fight just isnt a big enough draw to do that many buys without a solid undercard.

Anyway, let's go Khabib lock in a winning card for me.
