Anyone have picks for tonight's fights? Thinking of laying down 500.00 of Ferguson.

Only made a little last night on Sage but lost on Paige. Really disappointed in her performance and complete lack of TDD.

Jim,

These lines were amazing. I hit the 3.5 but was not ballsy enough to bet the 2.5. +1349 is probably the longest odds I have every won a bet on. Good call on these lines!

455 return on a 10 dollar bet aint bad!

I actually kinda expect Tony to eat some leg kicks then drop Barboza at some point in the fight and lock in the finish via GnP or sub when he does but I wouldn't be shocked if he's losing the early exchanges until he connects

At the end of the day they both have good striking with Barboza's being more diverse, but Tony has better offensive BJJ imo and power (outside of Barboza's spinning kicks) plus wrestling and honestly I think he has more heart and a better chin and that'll be the difference in this fight, I think Ferguson wants it more. I don't think he'll beat a Pettis/RDA/Khabib but I do think he should be good enough to out-MMA Barboza the way Johnson did.

If Barboza's chin was better I think i'd have played Barboza decision instead of Ferguson straight up
He rarely uses his bjj offensively though it's almost always on defense and the way he fights play right into the edson barboza kick you 300 times win a decision strategy

For the TUF Fights I like Artem Lobov over Ryan Hall; Julian Erosa over Marcin Wrzosek and I like Abner Lloveras as a dog at +170 over Chris Gruetzmacher.

Also keep in mind we are in the small cage tonight so finishes more likely and fighters who rely on movement "Edgar" slight disadvantage compared to normal cage.

Just don't want to do the bookie thing, getting capped @ 2k on betfair, can't bet on the UK sites and the good sites only have NT.
This sounds sketchy as ****. Just sayin'

Just open an account at a few books then you can bet whenever you want.

Looks like Aldo is gonna close as favourite, expected the hype money to come in on Conor these last few days.

Added a few more

0.25u Erosa -105 (just tailing JimGunn here didn't watch most of this TUF season)
0.25u Herrera -119 (tailing Jim again for sweat)
Another 0.55u Edgar -125 (cant resist at this price and kinda want to get a closer to similar amount on Edgar/Weidman so as long as one of them win I do fine for the weekend as a whole)
0.55u Gonzaga +105 (couldnt bet him as a fav even though skillset wise he should win his heart may not be in it anymore but now that hes a dog i'll take him)
0.4u u5.5 fights go distance (so we need 5/10 finishes to hit) again partially tailing Jim and partially because smaller octagon and I think some 'lock' to go distance fights may not go the distance today

looking like depending on judging it's gonna come down to who wins rd3 either could be up 2 rounds or even

Pierce +500 after two rounds, Laflare is landing more volume but Pierce is landing the best shots I don't hate it, should be 19-19 or 20-18 Laflare

Hope Pirece KOs him in r3 I think its possible

I think Laflare wins a SD if I had to pick an outcome but nice rally by Pierce at the end

With what we saw over the fight happy with the +205 I got if Pierce forced a brawl more often good chance he would have got the KO

He's a solid dog to get the decision but I wouldn't call it a robbery if he did as he landed the best sig strike of each round and the only one to hurt his opponent really

Anything from 29-28 Pierce to 30-27 Laflare would be an acceptable score imo

wow, Gonzaga out to +131, I really like that line but scared to fade that much steam

Skillset wise Gonzaga wrecks him but his heart and chin are so questionable these days

I hate this song so much, knock him out please Gonzaga his entrance music annoys me (used to work at a place where an ACDC CD played on loop for 8 hrs)

I'm going to feel stupid not taking Gonzaga for more at +131 if he wrecks him in under 90 seconds but I guess he could just eat punches and get KO'd because he forgets he's primarily a grappler even though he can punch his chin cant take it

Ugh worst timing to end the round 30 more seconds from mount and Gonzaga wins

10-9 Gonzaga

Would love to be on Gonzaga more as a dog having seen his gameplan he may get starched but think he wins over half the time w this plan
