I don't think its 19-19 but with 2 takedowns in rd 1, Tito's last fight in vegas I could EASILY see that. Seen worse..

I'm predicting a split decision

Tito won the third, first was close, 2nd tito did land biggish shots but forrest won the round

Tito did more damage in the fight and had octagon control but forrest landed a higher volume of strikes
