UFC Australia card looks to be nearly complete and it is absolutely awful. Bisping/Rockhold is the only semi decent fight on the whole card. The Whittaker and Palelei fights don't totally suck, but everything below that is not worthy of a main card anywhere. On the plus side opposition looks good to win in Victoria and they've pledged to legalise MMA in the state and UFC have pledged to sell out a stadium in Melbourne so we'll get an actual PPV card next year here if that happens.

Got a pretty decent sized bet in on hooker in his ufc debut, but don't see him winning here.

Blanco is just much more talented, hits harder, moves faster, more explosive, stronger, better wrestling, better BJJ, and should be strong enough to win the clinch battles.

I've backed blanco almost every fight, so maybe the jokes on me though.

I thought the same and still do but he did look a lot smaller at weigh in. Skillset wise he should be good though

You could be dead on with Tate. I did a terrible job capping the fight, but I ended with Nanaki around +163ish so had to fire.

We are aware of the situation involving Anthony Johnson. As a result, we are suspending him indefinitely. We are using a third-party law firm to conduct a formal investigation and once we have more information, we’ll determine whether further course of action is necessary.

The rumor is domestic violence.

That sucks, Davis does kinda strike me as having a bit of a douchy personality, but very sad to see a contender succumb to being an idiot if the rumours are true.

Honestly if he's been abusing his ex then cut him regardless of his contender status, the UFC needs to have a zero tolerance approach in the event that allegations of domestic violence are found to be valid against any of their fighters.

Innocent until proven guilty, but if he is proven guilty he needs to be fired regardless of his status as a contender. In the meantime I guess he sits on the sidelines and if the allegations are unfounded then the UFC pays him for his time sitting out.

Thiago Silva had no place being re-signed in the first place, dude is legitimately crazy, he is a multiple time drug cheat and the only reason the charges were dropped is the woman in question went back to her home country. He definitely belongs in jail.

Def. bad news for Rumble Johnson... shame as I was really looking forward to him vs. Gus. Thiago Silva probably was only re-signed due to his training partners all begging Dana to reinstate him. He looked really out of shape in his last fight and always struck me a a dic with his throat slash thing he did.

When Barnett does it, it looks like pro wrestling but Silva looks so mean while doing it and I always rooted for him to lose.

Three of my fav HWs in JDS, Struve and Gonzaga fighting, all three fights have the potential to be great and end in spectacular fashion

Just catching up, and finished the blanco fight. He always finds a way to make me sweat lol. What a chin on hooker though!

Crazy chin, not sure I've ever seen a fighter take that many full blast punches without showing any sign of being dazed.

Still decision was correct

Took Kang here, I think it's a decent value spot as a dog.
Tanaka has so much hype but I think Kang has fought better competition.
