Missing SB ticket at Twin River. Cashier had it. Should I get paid? Missing SB ticket at Twin River. Cashier had it. Should I get paid?

I made a few bets at Twin River on 2/25. When I got home i was missing my $330 Pats -3 ticket. I looked everywhere. I decided I’d just wait to see if they win first before I go crazy looking even more.

I went to Twin River Tuesday and told one of the managers. He took my info. I gave him time, teller, bet. Didn’t hear back.

I went last night and saw the teller. I told her I lost my ticket. She said “oh yeah. You left it behind. Was it a $300 Pats bet? It was still in the machine. You just have to find a manager and verify it was you”

I found a manager and he wasn’t having it. He just said. “Too late. It went to auditing”.

Am I just out of luck here?

It seems like you just need to press the issue a little more. Ask the manager what that means. Ask if anyone else is available to speak with such as a higher manager for the full casino. Inquire with such on own or with their regulator if need be.

100% you get the money. I would go postal if they somehow never paid

They know ticket was left by mistake, surely they pay out or they are super scummy

I would mess **** up if I could find who decided not pay out. Sucks but should just be case of you bring I’d and cash out ticket. Only 300 bet so should just pay out .
