Why not just bet in person with cash? If you wanted to go full degen (in-game) im sure there more than a few people at any sportsbook who would book your bets...

Most casinos there offer an app or access to an online book. Also there's something to be said about handing over cash, getting a bet slip and then cashing it in. It's like reading a real book versus an ebook...
