i wouldn't do it but burner computers help, separate ip and make sure you can verify yourself would hate to leave a decent chunk of change in a place i couldnt cash out because of it.

i was messing around with Americas Card Room basically killing time playing HU Hyper SNG's when I saw they have a sportsbook on the platform. I didn't realize they are part of the Bookmaker family. The whole platform is the exact same software they use so now the limits are doubled lol.

Do exercise

Reduce cafeine on a total. Eliminate cafeine after noon

Keep this cycle in mind!

I do exercise regularly and don't drink coffee

My issue seems to stem from not being able to shut off my brain

Worrying too much about tomorrow or just not wanting to go to sleep since I got a lot of **** to do

I've been taking val/xans lately but don't really want to get addicted to that **** ey

If shutting your mind down is the problem, try keeping pen and paper next to your bed. When you're thinking, "Oh, don't forget to do X tomorrow" make a quick note and try to let it go. Easier said than done, of course.

Go bad early and get up early and do exercise. If you can’t sleep then you are dos.

samesies. you know whst helped me a ton. sam harris' mediation app called 'waking up'. seriouosly, me and my girlfriend passed out like zombies with all the lights on

i went to a benedictine monastery retreat once. it was a good balance of contemplation, work, and fellowship. i came back refreshed. sometimes i wonder if i made a mistake ever returning from it.
