Yes, lower payouts though compared to half point cards.
When I was doing it Coast casinos had the best payoffs for half point cards, but they got wise and would revert NFL 3s and 7s instead of offering half points. This alone cut out about 60% of the edge. Most outfits emulated that because of the massive edges.
The best half point cards would pay 800-1 for 10 of 10, and 20-1 for 9 of 10. I think Mirage was the last outfit to offer that, several years ago. They also had the largest aggregate cap, $250k.
