I couldn't possibly know that your parents put an incorrect name on you birth certificate, and that you've been living your entire life with a falsified passport under an alias which was recently clarified so that your country doesn't give people passports in names that aren't theirs.

I guess if you want to contort the meaning of fake to not include "names that aren't legally mine, but I somehow have documents with those names" then sure.
