So I placed a live bet on Brazil -1.5 earlier in their World Cup match and thought I had an easy winner but Draftkings graded it as a loss, even though they won 4-1. Apparently goals scored prior to the point of your bet don’t count towards the bet?!? Which is crazy because that literally was not mentioned ANYWHERE prior to my placing the bet… was I supposed to just know that they use this crazy, unconventional grading system?? They claim it’s written in their house rules that this is how they grade but their house rules also say that all bets are graded based on the full 90 minutes unless otherwise indicated, and this was definitely not otherwise indicated anywhere. They were nice enough (I guess) to give me a full refund for my bet, but I still feel like I got cheated out of a win here! Am I wrong for thinking they should absolutely NOT grade it this way, or should at least make it very clear on the betting page if they’re going to do so?

what was the score when you placed the bet, and what odds were on your ticket?

Thank you for your service of not knowing what live betting is.

While yes they should make it very clear on the bet slip it'd be very clear from the price whether this is including the existing score or not, for example if Brazil are leading by two goals, Brazil -1.5 is going to be an enormous fav and if it's 0-0 more flippy if it's just 'the regular game score' as opposed to goals from this point on
