agreed.

they're making money hand over fist. think about every pro there, and think about getting 35% of what they lose...

then they expect ass-kissing and flowers when they add an extra trivia every other week.

Jaime, just deposit at bovada. they take visa, minimum deposit is $20, and they have golf matchups/props every week.

just bet a dollar a game or something until you feel more froggy.

If you just keep under the trader radar by low limit betting they don't notice you. I am going to grind them forever if they let me.

I cannot ****ing believe you would waste your time with SBR points and do something shady and think you could profit.

As if there wasn't any precedent for this before. In a case with more evidence against SBR than you can present.

This "ingenuity" of yours is like 2 years too late anyway.

1) In August 1914 at the start of the conflict, World War I was called "The war to end all wars."

2) In July 2011 I stated that Total Bases "would represent my cumulative success or failure at sports gambling."

Now both statements look silly in hindsight.

This summer I will begin work on a new system. Stay tuned.

ingenuity? i wasn't trying to get rich off them, i'm just better with management than most of the people there and accumulated some points.

and i never did anything 'shady'. i sent points to my brother when he was low (he has a bit more of a gambling bug than i do) and he'd send them back. we'd make bets between each other to save juice sometimes, and i probably won more than i lost, so maybe it looked like that account was funneling to mine, but it wasn't.

i can't present evidence because i don't know what even happened. just went there one day and i was perma'd and my account and order zeroed. and the response to every attempt to contact them was responded with, 'your points have been taken. if you want to return you have to go pro with a different book'.

it was a fun little spot they had. poker, blackjack contests, special lines, whatever. i hung out in the points forum mostly and laughed at the beggars and loans. i briefly considered accepting their offer to come back, but wanted my brother (the gift card order being cancelled and being banned hit him a little harder i think) to be allowed back too and lou said he would remained perma'd. told my brother, he said to just go back but that's my brother, you know? if he couldn't go back i wouldn't either.

plus, there was no way i'd be able to not **** with lou any time he was around, and once you've had that many points taken away, grinding them back up doesn't sound fun. post-oak offered to give me 1,000 w/no interest and pay back whenever, and there were a couple other people i was pretty generous to and a couple others i'd routinely give interest free loans to that i'm sure would have gotten me back betting limits, but **** them. i'm not contributing to their business model. the thought of those ****s getting even a penny of a lost bet at 5d or bookmaker makes it a no go.

b00t, i know you're just kinda trolling, but tomg hit it: why in the world would i try to run a game for some sbr points when i was basically the world's biggest dick to scammers and thieves there and have been around this forum for years? there's no way to prove this obviously, but i'm the most honest person you know, especially regarding gambling. plus, i was around enough to know they really put the screws to people cashing out 5 figures' worth of points. i just assumed that some loans back and forth with my brother and an IP matching once or twice would a) not make too much of a blip on the radar because i've transferred thousands of points to many different people, or b) be easily explained.

like i said several posts back, that was a combination of being dumb and naive. live and learn i guess. obviously if i could do it all again, i'd make sure i didn't use my phone to browse sbr (because i really think that was it, that we probably had a couple ip's in common, though again, why they couldn't just check to see that 99% of the time he was on his and 99% of the time i was on mine i dunno) and probably not transfer points around as much.

it was fun there for a little bit...paying carseller 500 points to call and talk to me on the phone one drunken saturday night was pretty ****ing stellar. there are a lot of posters there i miss interacting with and i'm sure that if i ever went back, i'd be harassed a little (mostly by the REAL scammers that i made sure got outed) at first, but most of the people i talked to know what happened and i'd be cool. but like i said, my brother not being allowed back and my LDO hesitancy to give sbr any more money won't allow that to happen.

And then the next day she'll be at the Tower Records in Bellevue from noon until 2. I want to go get an autographed 8x10 and a picture taken with her! I figure, I've already jerked off to her, so I might as well meet her!"

Yea Wiper, I'm just trolling, I have no idea how SBR operates, or no clue that they would ever screw over a person with their points.

Imagine if someone did what you did, and wasn't stupid enough log in on the same IP? How would you feel about that person and their case with SBR?

Which brings me to my point that you have to pretty naive to think you are in any kind of unique situation here, or be surprised with the outcome, considering it has happened before, yet you still wasted your time treating it with any kind of care.
