In the 4th race at Belmont today (Ogden Phipps Stakes), I'm huge on Life at Ten in the doubles as well as a large straight win bet on her nose.

Re: Uptowncharleybrown "Lost" weighting... At a Mile & 1/2, 8 lbs is roughly the equivalent of almost 2.5 lengths. From most weight adjusted speed figure calculations I've seen/used, 5 lbs = 1 length at a mile. Of course, the weights supposedly dropped in the stretch, so it wouldn't have made much of a difference in the Belmont.

Just doubled size of win bet, and placed big show bet on Life at Ten cuz there's a small chance Unrivaled Belle gets beat for 3rd if she bounces here. Largest wager of 2010 out there right now... gogogogogo!

Nice 1 C,hit this horse also....Nothing big,but thanks to my virtual stable i was able to get down on it. I dont need notes much anymore i just remember things well,but my virtual stable reminds me when they are running and where,which is huge for me.

Whew, Life at Ten went to her knees coming out of the gate and then went 6F in 1:08 4/5 with Unrivaled Belle nipping at her heels. Luckily was only a sweat until 1F out. From there, back-up the truck. Nice that u had it too, that was real sweet... a "2 wrapper" winner!

Don't have any horses to add to your virtual stable off the top of my head, but I do have another one here today that I reaaallly like: Greatsilversaint in the 9th at Monmouth. Took a chunk of ^^ and put it Win/Place, and also have it EBX with No Shananigans and African Diamond (much larger with African Diamond). A tiny bit EBX with Duelling Alex as well with those 4 in Tris & Supers. Thinking about using my "one time" for this one... GL!

The track is so smart to only put 5 horses in the race otherwise people would just slam the show pool.

Just got back from the racetrack it was about 5 minutes to post with Zenyatta. #2 horse was 5/1. 4 minutes to post 9/2. 3 minutes to post 7/2. 2 minutes to post 3/1. I said one more click I am going to bet Zenyatta. The horse went to 5/2. I bet $800 on Zenyatta. #2 finally went off @ 2/1. Was a little be nervous but knew she was going to get up in time. Loved the call by Vic @ Hollywood Park.

Yes Vic is a cool cat straight out,was similar to his Lava Man call a couple years back. Ive always liked Vic's style,he's also a forum poster like this one elsewhere.

I listened about an hour later with my headphones on to the bloodhorse replay,and the roar again was just like the 09 BC Classic,just awesome. With the headphones on it is just that much more intense. She can bring a grown man to tears of joy,excited,and so many other words of excitement...She makes me feel so alive,and sooo appreciative of that from her. As i get older few things make my heart beat that fast...To me,she is spectacular!
