after the poor break, i knew she was toast. That's how it goes.
For some of the new players or people interesting in horse racing, I would highly recommend that you take advantage of the money back special offers on sites like TVG, etc. Bet $10 and if your pick comes in 2nd or 3rd, you get your money back as long as there are 8 runners in the field. Great way to practice and take a few risk free shots at this game.
MBS races for tomorrow at TVG are DMR r1 r8 and r10 and I will see if i can find a horse or two that looks good in those races.
Today, I had a few stand outs.
Saratoga R5 - #4 Greatest Love -- Is the morning line favorite but looks very tough against this field. Possibly key on top in an EX/TRI or key in a horizontal. If this horse goes lower than 1/1, just pass.
Woodbine R7 - #8 Lady Maeve -- The cutback in distance and class relief could be the key here. If you get near the ML of 5/2, it's a bet. However, the #3 Storm Gauge is very very interesting and could fire fresh. At tracks like woodbine, I don't mind betting horses off the layoff because these horses rarely ship anyways and the meet is so long. I like the multiple 5F workouts, and given that no other horse has run higher than course par in the 60 days, the #3 could fly under the radar given that it's has run big on the turf here in the past. (9/27/2020 race) At 8/1, he's worth putting on your tickets.
Best of luck today, I will be back tomorrow with some money back specials opinions.
Additionally, I love handicapping and if anyone in this thread wants my opinion on any race, I'll give it to you. Just lemme know. Thanks so much.
