Next exit i am pulling over and your driving because i am so damn tired i am seeing horses running next to the car saddled napkin and number and everything... That was crazy!

Looking at last nights Football game and remembering that use to be Hollywood Park was a trip. That stadium is insane looking and anyone goes to a game throw a tr up. I loved the Friday Night cards at old Hollywood but damn.

Side thought i had and think its because i am clearly not right watching the game if Dirk Diggler had a Football Name it would have to be Easton Stick right

Any early hunches on the travers card? I’m looking at the pps now but I’ll say some early opinions-

Letruska I think can be a single- think her best race takes it against others best however I’m worried about a bounce slightly. Gamine, heard there is no pace in her race so think she’s going to be a pick 6 single for me even though the whole world will have her singled. EQ will be tough to beat in the travers however I may try to add a few others bc I see that as only way to get some value. Midnight bourbon- idk like the horse but has kinda stunk it up against the top quality so may fade that horse in p5 p4 plays.

Hmm the sprint is really tough. Think mischaveous Alex could do well if he shows the last at toga (Vanderbilt) was just an off race. The public bet him like he was a clear favorite (think he went off around 9/5 so get public was hammering in a tough race).

The big turf race is a race I love. Think you gotta take tribuhavan, Gufo, and Japan (the euro) in this one And mayb throw in some cross border if he can stalk tribby. If the pace is lacking, think tribhuban could trip out with flavien prat in town.

Think Jackie’s warrior is a must use horse also but is in a race I think we could see a bounce maybe which could lead to value. Think I’m going to attack with a few singles in the p5/p6 and then hope we get prices in a few legs but obv very difficult card. Races are so stacked other than the travers really. Honcho, would love to hear your thoughts as you always provide good insight.

Wanna make the day trip up but I see grandstand seats are $150. Hoping for a good weather day but looks like rain is possible sadly

Last check the cheapest were $80. I wouldn’t be surprised if they came down more due to weather conditions. Going to probably sit this one out as the only
Race I’m super interested in is the turf.

Hmm maybe thinking EQ is beatable tomorrow. It’s tough to say but:

The 2 horses from the Curlin ran same distance the day before and beat EQs time on a good track by .4 of a second- while EQ ran slightly slower on a fast rated track. Hmm I’m normally not a shot taker but maybe tomorrow is the day to take a stand against EQ.

Very tough card- think I’m going to fade life is good coming off a slightly long layoff for a G1 race and loses baffert as trainer. Like the 1/2 in that race- think Jackie’s warrior losing to the 1 would throw in some nice value. Like tribhuvan a lot in the turf race- find it off domestic spending isn’t in the sword danger and I think flavien prat on a front runner on turf is such a good angle bc he rides fairly well on turf.

Think yaupon is beatable, letruska goes up against a salty bunch. The 7furlong race with whitmore looks like a spread race. Gotta be honest the card is very tough and think I’m going to play a bigger p6 ticket with gamine as a clear single in my opinion.

Think gamine has such a pace advantage- just sucks the whole world will
Be singling her.

ah, the good ole days

I know you had to go to a different window to cash out then to place a bet
the lines at the cashing out windows were never long - you could get service right away
IIRC they also had a $2.00 window and a $10.00 window

oh yeah, and when the exotics first came and you bet a tri the teller might get confused and mess up the ticket - if what you actually wanted to bet won - you were mad as hell

Any thoughts on singles for the BC?

I like Jackie’swarrior and life is good honestly. Will find ways to single these 2. Also kinda like gamine even though i feel she is beatable for once. Think 2nd choice ran a fast fig last race so a little iffy. Also think the whole world will have gamine singled.

Other than that- like raging bull in the turf mile at a big price. Horse has been kinda meh this year so this is a flyer but if the race gets a quick pace, think delmar will be firm and the horse won a graded stakes race at the track before. Think it’s worth betting a bit on this horse.

Smart man.

Ouch day for me. Had gamine/Bella Sofia played very strong in Multis and then Jackie’s warrior as a key single in a ton of bets. Both ended up losing. Also had some Dunbar road in a double to pay a solid amount lose by a nose to a 45-1 Japan horse. Gg to anyone that had the Japan horse in the letruska race. Had the pace meltdown right on that race, just didn’t pick right horses. Thought Clairere/malathaat/Dunbar/ royal flag would be better than a horse from Japan but nope.

Track is playing fair. Life is good was insane btw. Ran super fast and kept going. Had him as a key single also and he ran like one would think for an odds on favorite. Tough game as always.

Hi all,
Can anyone explain in plain English WTF happened in the Juvenile race please.

I am Old but FFS how can supposedly professional people make so many fukups in 1 race.

Allow horse to race after vet incorrectly rules horse unfit? But horse can race for prizemoney only.
I would think that the addition of the horse would change the running order Interference etc so how the *** could they allow it to run.

Only in Merica.

This cracks me up to no end. Like the scene from Trading Places screaming and pleading to turn the machines back on...lmao BB mf'er thinks he IS horse racing. Your just an arrogant cheater that NONE of your fellow employees or co-workers ever called you on...Silver haired wizard huh? Think your a silver haired ***** and the only interest you serve is your own.

Ask every trainer again that competes against BB...What makes BB a better trainer then all of you? You know the answer but instead of confronting the problem you tapped danced ignored or even tried to be like him. Look at his excuses for all the positives ALL have one theme and its F You i will say the most absurd crap because no one will call me on it.

What the hell is it going to take the sport to go away completely till someone makes his life unbearable every day at the track.

Real simple solution to an uncomplicated problem...Want to race these are the rules going forward put in writing in several languages and a signed copy of all trainers competing. No attorneys no wiggle room these are the F'ing rules break them and your out of this sport period. No ifs and or buts or any BS you knew you F up your gone. Simple. No one with the marbles in this sport to do it.
