Just that time of year where all other interest have the attention glad to see your post though Mad T...Weird year this year...Had a TC winner and to me it feels like no one even knows or will remember it just does not have that "it" feeling. Remember when AP won the TC,and didn't another horse win it a few years afterward kinda feel about Justify.

No idea what is going on at Del Mar i have been mainly playing Toga and like their 6 day weeks. Try to get 3 to fade up somewhere next couple days most likely Toga. BOL this weekend on everyone's plays.

Played in the Saratoga and Fourstardave Challenges this past weekend.

Blake finished among the leaders on Friday. I finished midpack in both. Walked away with a few bucks but it was a good live bankroll experience.

I've still yet to meet him, even though we've played in a few of the same live events.

The Fall Classic at The Orleans is coming up in October, it's only $500 buy-in and HorseTourneys is offering low rent qualifier packages.

Let's gun for that one!

Well my state is i believe the only state NYRA does not cover BUT a top notch person name Jennifer sending me some swag to compensate which she initiated and did not have to do so was very appreciated of her and NYRA...Still alive for the Belmont drawing though

Not horse related at all here........I always pop on the youtubes listen to some tunes while i get a workout in and always annoyed at some point by an ad interrupt what have ya...today though i see a 5 second clip of a movie called White Boy Rick and i damn near went bug eyed I had not thought about that cat since back late 80's after he went down. Think we are about same age and i know we came from same area and time and i can tell you this not knowing him at all personally EVERYONE and i mean EVERYONE knew who WBR was and thats a fact jack! I do not watch tv or go to the movies been over 10 years so seeing that gave me one hell of a flashback for damn sure. I do not think they can embellish at all too much what he did at the age he did and where he did it. Sure there has to be other people from Southeastern Mi around that remembers this as well.

Wow Monomoy Girl being taken down in the cotillion was a joke. ***maybe as I had Monomoy Girl in a bet.... but from the head on I can see how they take her down kinda however no contact was made so I feel it’s bad. Mike smith normally gets away with dirty riding all the time by race riding so I don’t see how this take down is right.

In all honest, **** ride by Florent geroux. There is a reason he doesn’t get big rides. Taking on the chad brown horse so early decided this race and was comical.

JK nice to see you itt...I thought the take down was an easy call FG not as good at herding as Ortiz's but $ Mike's move is to pin or bump intimidate but see what your saying just this circumstance $M rode another solid race. MB as i wrote before has that heart and couple back was impressed as i wrote the way $M wrapped her up after knowing MG got the best of her that day.

Sure MG was a single on a lot of tickets

What would of happened if the horse (#3) hits the board with 2 jockeys?

First i saw that before that a jockey in MID RACE mind you decides that another runner has a better shot than his own mount and tries to climb aboard...Did he yell shotgun at least so there would be some sort of argument in his defense?

This has been long overdue i suppose...I just saw where a track now is taking hair samples of horses prior to entry and the scramble of sort it is causing for trainers etc with this level of testing which brings me to the question why the hell do we have to test like that? The horses are not sticking them self it is not like a human trying to get a competitive advantage it is a freaking horse it runs, eats, chits, sleeps what it does.

If a trainer is caught to of used an illegal substance that should be it imo find another profession where you can cheat not only your co-workers but the betting public at the same time...Good Luck! I mean to me it is as simple as Nino Brown See ya,wouldnt want to be ya!

To that point how do you hang your head in the shed knowing you are F'ing everyone trainer or jock? Why is it accepted by everyone? Because everyone is doing it? Its deeper than that especially with a work force unwilling to complain for their own reasons.

BB is just head and shoulders training above everyone else? Maybe! Forgot more about horses than i know? Absolutely! Gets cream of the crop horses every year and i am sure runs a solid outfit well organized like a TP out east but i just do not see him outworking anyone else or out training anyone else at the percentages he puts up just using BB as an example plenty of others also. Just dont! I mean we in a poker forum so i know my play...I am calling.

Betting public US we deserve better period! We should demand integrity in the game and accept nothing less. We should protect the animal/athlete and do things right naturally (no needles) because they can not defend them self understanding that we should accept nothing less. We make the rules as such and you break them you know exactly the consequences you find another profession period.

Just in case you all missed it, Winx just won her 4th Cox Plate. This was also her 29th consecutive win, and 22nd G1 race. And she did it without even breaking a sweat.

Any hunches with the Breeders cup coming next weekend? The classic looks like a loaded race. Think I will play catholic boy or McKenzie with hopes of beating accelerate. Not sure this horse will do well in Kentucky while most races are in Cali.

The races looks great. Prolly will play the top euro in the turf depending on how the horse looks in the paddock. I was hoping diversify would go in the classic. The horse was like 20-1 in futures so I would have played a bet on him if he runs in the classic. Horse looked lost in last race but had some strong outings this year.

Prolly will fade Whitmore.

How goes it fellas...Have not even watched a race since early Sept when i took down that NYRA tourney. Only thing i know for BC is i am betting Catholic Boy just by my eye has been the most talented outside Justify from what i remember. Rain Friday most likely and decent and clear Saturday track should be fair and fast for BC day.

Good Luck to all itt and their plays look forward to hearing the opinions you all have.

Hey SGV great to see you itt and GL back at you my friend...lets hear some opinions or angles to this years BC.

Not sure how to go after this card. I am looking more to Saturday for wagering and have not really got a plan. Most BC's i just roll the card with DD's,PK3's Top 3 in an exacta box and then the Guaranteed everything keying and playing off my most solid opinions and working inside out and trusting my capping...Have not baked a bad cookie with that recipe yet so most likely going that route again.

Will also be in a few tourneys as well nothing live though will be all in format, took 16th out of 1228 yesterday at DRF Free GPW Tourney so getting back to competing is fun and why i like playing these.

Look forward to all the solid posters who are itt and their opinions also. HRT is a unique blend of all kinds and consider all y'all a friend...well kinda like the ghost runner on 2nd friend but your there

Nobody's got any thoughts on the Melbourne Cup? Here's who I think are the key chances:

Yucatan: Herbert Power win was amazing, but there are some queries around quality of opposition and getting to 3200 for the first time. Barrier 23 doesn't help matters either, so I'm a bit hesitant to take the $6 currently on offer. I wouldn't be the least bit surprised to see him piss it in though, provided the rain stays away.

Magic Circle: Being first up into the Cup is of some concern, but it's past 2 runs overseas read very well for this. He might just be too good for them.

The Cliffsofmoher: There were huge wraps on this horse when it first came over, but most punters have gone cold on it after it's first 2 runs in Australia. Personally, I think the runs were better than they read and I'm expecting it to run a bold race. It's also worth noting that this horse rated better than Yucatan over in Europe.

Cross Counter: Got a cut to it's leg and is now wearing bandages, which is never a good sign going into this race. Similar profile to Rekindling, so if all is well it has to be a great chance.

Muntahaa: Top win in the Ebor, which is normally a good form reference for this. Over 2 months since last run is what worries me.

Good luck!
