Very poor ride on the #1 and my single in the 2nd leg there by JB...Frustrating having the best horse with worse trip jockey effort. JB determined to run into trouble and traffic before trying actually an open lane outside and finishing up very strong. Errr best horse worse ride wtf ya gonna do.

Thanks prickly Byk this week

Hey room. Long time. Glad to see new posters here. Honcho hope your doing good. Just came to show my respect for the end of a horse i have respect for. Also, for the reason i followed and bet this horse, his jock. Geroux. GR and Geroux have been a great team. Its coming on 4 years that i followed a young new jock at a small track was working hard and winning races at a great % that was paying great returns. Well when this jock came to the breeders cup with a 19/1 sprinter that got no respect i brought this combo to this room and praised them both ( geroux and work all week) I was treated to races every weekend with mike smith gaRrett gomez joel rosario and rafael berajrano riding every race but the kid from the midwest was ready. And did they ever get the job done at 14/1.
The kid has been shinning ever since. Im glad the connections kept gun runner in competition and let him shine and mKethe mark he did.
Now if my next up and comer can make a strong case early this year after his strong breeders cup and Flavien Prat can get mounts out of town because he is a worker and his % and $$ are still strong
Take care all and keep making that $$

Do any of you guys bet harness racing? I've been trying to get into it but can't seem to hit anything. I'd love some handicapping advice if you have it. Thanks!

Chase Bank now accepting credit card deposits for US Based ADW's....Please explain to me the benefit of this?

Now you have people who are playing on a line of credit? Not saying their word or credit is not good BUT too many times it is not. This decision does not draw new horse players to the game at all imo no one out there is saying only if i could get down with a cc when there are already a butt load off options for a horse player to fund...No this imo takes advantage of the people who are already players and going to be many a collection call behind this idea here i think. A guy could buy in with a cc for a K go on a heater and take down a few PK 6's for lets say 200K THEN go south with all tell the cc company he intends to file banko and never has to pay back the initial K...Thank goodness no one would ever do that in this integrity filled sport

Let's see if the ultimate grift can find the bucket full of gold this week at TI and the NHC. Kevroc you have some experience now with HPWS last year and TI 100x better than that venue(killer HD TV @TI). Noise lol r u kidding me that should not be an issue for you a couple of the pebbles have to of hit stone status by now and raising kids you multitask dealing w/noise or you get rolled You in it my man might as well take it down! Be tailing and rooting for you my friend...Do it your way! It is your experience you earned it trust yourself!

NHC Update on Day 1...ATS started off the day well and flattened out some towards the finish BUT the strong start got him in the Top 10% and the cut line at 120th place and 78.6 points.

Kevroc plugged along early then caught some heat towards the end and pushed him up the LB to tied for 81st at 88.2 points and also above the cut line going into day 2.

Thread represented well today at the NHC and both within striking distance come moving day tomorrow.

BOL fellas hope either of you drag this thing...1 day and cut line at a time.

NHC Day#2...Sure Kev already hit the book and cashed his winning NYI ticket if he did not tear it up after 1st period ATS also i am sure ready to get after it already as well. BOL fellas.

Busy day today the contest on DRF and also my BTH quest and i am only separated in 2 of the 8 races today being GP7 and SA1 so the game plan has to be to beat her in either of those then cover because she is forcing you to make a mistake today with her selections and then you will have to chase and not an ideal place to be.

Answer=YES

NHC Day#2 Update...Well i know for sure Kevroc after a good run day 1 hit a dry spot on day 2 and did not make the final cut BUT should be in the 50K conso tomorrow. Sure it stings but your in LV man back to back years now congrats.

ATS i am not so clear on. I thought the cut line before i headed out was 150 and he was above that but said top 70 advance on Paulick and believe he was 75th or 76th so not sure here but ATS had a steady good day and hoping he did make the cut to have a shot at it.

Took down the GP7 race on the Casse horse #6 the contest races were right on top of one another here so i did not get to see but an abbreviated at best post parade so said to trust capping and it paid off 6-1 hit and i just set the rest to cover MB to continue the quest.

Prickly or anyone else itt catching any of this NHC? I have been listening some to Byk and that is a tough listen man but a more humorous feed i know can not be found. The cat is still crying about a horse race ran over a year ago and the crying is so revealing. Pete Fornatale talking tournament action with him mentions a tournament ID online that was a 'trigger' word for Steve and thought for sure that was the end of the broadcast and the man needed a safe space or comfort animal i felt so bad for him being in such pain Pete finally says 'Sorry i brought it up geesh" Damn near spit my coffee out laughing after Pete said that. Steve Byk the Joy Behar of horse racing who knew...Alienate half of your audience sure is a recipe for long term success.

It is simple for people of that mindset and opinion you go to DC big white house cant miss the sob be a big fence just pop over that tuck the Wash Post under your arm you will encounter SS BUT just throw them the Van Burren Boys sign you will be allowed to continue along walk up to the front door start pounding on the door and tell em your Woober Goober with the green teeth damnit open the door and let you in. SS will greet you again i am certain and to show they have a sense of humor they will ask "Who is it?" Say Dave...They should reply back Daves not here then your golden man just proceed.

Humors the hell out of me...OORAH

Absolutely Kev it was a great time tailing yourself and ATS (Blake Jessee) and his beat a tough one as well so close. You would really enjoy a convo with ATS he is racing manager of Loooch Racing and of similar background as yourself coming up with horses and real decent guy.

Prickly that gave me a good smile and you eatin thats the important part right?

3rd Canadian to win it in the last few years...Ricky Bubbles and Julian and if memory serves they are making a chit load of the good chicken fingers and getting drunk as F

This is off topic but is Gulfstream Park a track I have to check out if I’m going to be in Miami next month for vacation? I’ve been to toga and parx. I would assume it’s a step down from toga (well atleast in race quality).

Do I go travel 30min to hit up Gulfstream for a wed or Thursday card? I say prolly yes but just wanna hear thoughts on the track and atmosphere there lol.

I actually chatted up Blake a few times years ago, but not in awhile.

It was a great experience and met lots of people, new and old.

Hope to make it out there again someday. With my man Honcho!

I had thought you 2 had before and been awhile since i have myself with ATS but with the Loooch stable i am sure he is silly busy.

My intentions are to give it a shot i only played the free Horseplayer tourneys last year because i have never given it a lot of thought even though i love this tournament and challenge because of my health issues that i never know when will arise its just been something i have chose to not chase....I will chase this year and intend to Q and also intend on a great and long over due convo my man. Look forward to seeing you itt Kev when you have the time or occasion my friend.
