First thing i guess i say after reading the article and been following this since it happened is fellas why not just text (i know the answer to this) each other? The powers that be no matter what the bet pattern is would have to go after phone records etc full out deflate gate style to prove it and no way in hell they were going to do that. Answer is they have done it so many times before it never dawned on them that exploiting this angle would ruffle anyone's feathers so to speak because you would do the same thing right? Wrong! And good for the BCBC investigation. Not a team sport and can not work like most major $2 WP tournaments do as like a syndicate deal (team of 5 w/ 3 max entries a piece). Correct decision made imo.

I have read some of it but can't parse out what Specifically was done. I haven't played a tourney and don't understand it. I do understand poker tournaments a bit.
So a required min bet on a leg wasn't put in which skipped a potential loss that would haven change the leader board standings and two dudes were colluding. Before I lash out judgement aren't some procedures in place. These are smart guys traveling to conference rooms to play for Big cash and have lots of fun. They know what there doing or at least what they want to happen. Anglers were bound to happen and they got em right?

Pete Fornatale broke it down almost as well as i did on Byk's show yesterday (1st hr archive). Horse players are always going to look for an angle to exploit it is just in our nature period the biggest problem is the team play in the open. Like i said they text and then do what they do no chance anyone knows chit they can suspect but unless they get cell records that's all they can do. Remember in the summer i spotted a payout quirk on Bet America where they would pay several more spots then they should for ties in tourney play and wrote about it itt then a couple weeks later they had a disclaimer up changing the rules. Cause and reaction BCBC will do the right thing and first thing they need if they do not have is a horse player on the rules committee obvious reasons,who did LV hire back in the day to catch cheaters...cheaters...and not that per say is this situation in BCBC but a horse player will help install that invisible fence so the angle dog in ya stays in the yard.
