Oh you dirty mother fuc*er!

You gotta be fuc^ing kidding me.

There has to be an investigation at Del Mar. How did they take that down!

Oh, and I had 9/2/1/4 on for a .10 super that would have won about $500....

finish was 9/2/1/5, then 4.

This is enough to never make we want to bet again. Sick to my stomach.

That is horse racing but that was a fuc^ing joke. It could of worked the other way around if you needed the 9. I will never forget it...I played Arlington Park the meet before this one, I had #6 horse at 9:1. I played him $70WP and $5Exacta 6/All and All/6. Turning for home he got cut off and everything and blew the race I was so pissed he got 3rd...I'm saying you "damn drug attict lo life." Inquiry/Objection sign goes right up which I figured but said at best 2nd. All three horses blinking for literally 20 minutes people were telling me I could get put up to 1st I said never in a million years. All the lights went out and BOOM #6 put up to first I was in so much shock and so happy picked up $1500 I believe.

Well, the only thing that has me not punching walls, is the fact that i still won a little at Del Mar today, and am hitting a few of my baseball bets. but, I really didn't think there was cause for the objection to be upheld. slight drift, very little bumping, and I thought the 9 had plenty of opportunities to win the race even after the "so-called incident". ARGGHHH. Very Frustrating.

TVG picked four hot chicks out of the stands, put them on camera, and they combined to play a $48 pick 4 ticket. they each picked like 2 or 3 horses and they had the 9 in the last race, the pick 4 paid $500. They were definitely newcomers to horse racing and they had great footage of them going nuts when they put the 9 ahead of the 2 on the board after the objection. Kind of funny, actually. I just wish I had the 9 up-front in my exacta, because that paid $400 or so, too. had 1,2,14/1,2,5,9,14.

I saw the hot chicks too

I would be upset as well if I had the 2. No way he should have been taken down. We have all seen much worse with nothing done. Sorry about your loss. That was a terrible disqualification.

From the head-on it was clear that #2 did not maintain a straight path and should have been taken down, imo.

I needed the #1 for the pick four.. ran outta gas.

I know how crazy it sounds but this horse is a monster and won't lose. Plus you will never get another decent price on this horse.
if the horse will never lose isn't any price a decent price?

and if the horse is 100% to win then why only bet at 3-5 or better

bet it up to 1-billion IMO if she is really 100% to win

Well you obv don't know horse racing. If Rachel Alexandra is 1-5 or 1-9 tomorrow you might as well just play her to show because it will be slighty more for win. 1-9 will be 2.20 2.10 2.10

First off, nothing is a sure thing anything can happen but this horse really will not lose tomorrow. I just looked again at the racing form there is no way shape or form you could bet a single dollar against this horse. There is no value at 1-5 or 1-9...2-5 I would maybe take a stab. But 0% chance she will be 4-5 or even money otherwise I will jump on board big time.

oh i know nothing about horse racing but if the horse is 100% to win shouldn't you bet it at any odds. i think that's simple math.

im in nj though for the week and going to go to the race. i was going to bet DUKE of mischief and munnings in some exotics but it sucks that they have a combined 0% chance to win

maybe the 500k guar pick 4 too.

If Munnings stretches out to the mile and an eighth he wins this race and pretty easily, imo. His only bad race was going long but it was on the plastic, so was it the surface or the distance that got him? I'm willing to bet it was the surface. This horse is in great form and I think he wins tomorrow.

Also love your exacta rsigley, and despite the 0% chance of winning, I'm gonna get me some of that too.

I'm in no position to even think about betting Rachel Alexandra at 1-20 vs $5,000 claimers.

I would love to hear why anyone is not using Rachel Alexandra as the key horse if you are betting exactas/triples which won't pay much. I mean please don't say that you just don't want to bet odds on favorite. Then you shouldn't bet the race...there is no reason to try and beat a odds on LOCK.

Rachel Alexandra will be in the winner circle tomorrow.

Horse Racing needed a superstar and they really got it with this gal.

Saratoga Late Pick Four today, I feel this should pay ~200 if it hits.. I'm investing $48 looking to get four times my money.

7) 1-4
8) 1-2-3-5
9) 1-4
10) 1-6-7

Seventh Street is probably a worthy single but, on the chance she gets stuck on the fence.. Miss Isella is thrown into the mix.

Good Luck Everyone.

C'mon!

You really gotta have your head examed if you didn't bet RA today. Any real horse player should of really jumped on this horse at 1-2. I mean really who can possibly beat this horse? Zenyatta? Rachel Alexandra and Borel would build Zenyatta a new as*hole.

Well now it is confrimed...you will never get Rachel Alexandra at 1-2 or better again. Maybe in the Breeders Cup which they probably won't run in. But every race she will be smashed at the window.

IMO you've all witness HISTORY with this gal.

Also, me and my buddy had a total of $2300 to win on RA. Turning for home we all said "it's all over now." $1k each and $300 we won earlier. TYVM RA.

Anyone know why Calvin Borel kept whipping RA when he knew that they were home free. About 1:20-1:25 you could tell she was going to win for sure...others were all hard ridden and Borel didn't even move yet.

Rachel blows away colts in the Haskell
By David Grening
OCEANPORT, N.J. - Rachel Alexandra dazzled a rain-reduced crowd of 37,090 Sunday at Monmouth Park by winning the $1.25 million Haskell Invitational by six lengths over a sloppy track.

Summer Bird, the Belmont Stakes winner, finished second by one length over Munnings. They were followed in the order of finish by Papa Clem, Duke of Mischief, Atomic Rain and Bunker Hill.

After stalking the pace of Munnings, and racing just outside a surprisingly close-up Summer Bird, Rachel Alexandra made a three-wide sweep to the lead approaching the quarter pole then drew clear under a busy ride from Calvin Borel. Rachel Alexandra, owned by Jess Jackson's Stonestreet Stable and Harold McCormick, covered the 1 1/8 miles in 1:47.21, which translates to 1:47 1/5. The stakes record of 1:47 was set by Majestic Light in 1976 and equaled by Bet Twice in 1987 before times were available in hundredths. She returned $3 as the favorite.

The was the seventh in as many starts this year for Rachel Alexandra, her eighth in a row dating back to last fall and her 10th from 13 career starts.

"For her to come through and put on that kind of a show when all eyes are on her, she s truly a special mare," said trainer Steve Asmussen.

Rachel Alexandra was due to ship back to Saratoga on Sunday night. Her connections will monitor her before determining if she runs in a race like the Travers (Aug. 29) or Woodward (Sept 5) at the Spa.

CB was smacking RA on the right side to keep her about her business, and to keep from drifting in on the rail to close. He never hit her to get anything more out of her, just to keep her straight, only reason.
