Ok,so my day starts off at 10:06am est with my dang phone going off with its voice mail ring and dance. Its a 212 number? Who the heck do i know in NY,especially this early. No way Kev calls me,not sure he even likes me ....So its Lila from the DRF offering me some kind of upgrade for Formulator for free and activated to my account. First time they ever called me,and was a real person even. So anyways, check my email for my virtual stable info each morning and its an email from Steven Crist at DRF explaining kinda the same thing Lila did on the phone, and how this and that would help me out so much. So Crist found me boys, dont ask me how but he did!

I am half packed and ready to take AllenJ up on his offer to stay in Maryland at his "baller pad" after his debacle at touting. Crist is on to me AllenJ,i have no choice! Only will be a short while till i can figure out what angle Crist is trying to play on me. Crabcakes and Football Baby!!!

Gulfstream - Race 7

#1 Trippi's Charm, #1A R King of the Road (4/1 ml)

Alright, a little background for you. Back on January 6 @ Gulfsteam, R King of the Road was entered as part of an entry with Travelin Man, with John Velazquez named to ride on both horses, meaning one would scratch (the exact same situation as today). R King of the Road was scratched, leaving Travelin Man to run alone, and Travelin Man then made a mockery of the race, winning off by 7 lengths in 1:09 flat. R King of the Road had worked heads-up with Travelin Man going into that race, which is great, but he's not even the one i like here. Rather, i prefer Trippi's Charm, who himself had worked heads-up with Travelin Man, not once, but SIX OUT OF THEIR EIGHT PREVIOUS DRILLS. That goes all the way back to when they were stabled at Monmouth Park together. And if that isn't enough, Trippi's Charm then worked heads-up with Razmataz on Dec 30. Razmataz, as you know, has since come out of that drill to win an allowance race. Going a bit further on that angle, Pletcher also worked an unraced maiden named Shared Heart with Razmataz recently, and Shared Heart of course won by 10 lengths for us on Sunday. As stated above however, Trippi's Charm is part of an entry here and may scratch. I would expect he'll be the one to run, for obvious reasons, but R King of the Road was already scratched out of the previous race, so he may indeed get the call here. Also, Trippi's Charm disappeared from the worktab for 13 days following that Razmataz work, so i was afraid at one point that something might've happened to him. It doesn't look like it now, but who knows. The reason i went ahead and listed both horses here (rather than making it Trippi's Charm-only) is because i still endorse R King of the Road off that prior heads-up drill with Travelin Man. I'm hoping it's Trippi's Charm though.

Update: It appears that Pletcher has decided to run both, as the only change that's showing right now is Javier Castellano being named to ride Trippi's Charm. I think i might make a portion of my play to Place, because there's a decent chance they could run 1-2 here and sweep the pool.

Take a look at this replay of Dialed In, who is entered tomorrow at Gulfstream. He's the #3 horse in this video:

Yammmahamma, that's some late speed. Bad break, checked up after the 1/4 mi, then continued to check even as he was breezing by horses down the stretch. If the trainer can iron out the kinks, he looks like a go. Also seems as if he needs some early speed, but then again, it's only one video replay, so who knows.

What are you thoughts on this horse?

I think he has an awful lot of potential, obviously. Doesn't look like distance will be a problem either. Looking forward to seeing him run tomorrow.

that should be a very good betting race, Soldat looks vulernable as the fave on the dirt, Dialed In looked very good closing that race at CHU, im going to go for a price in the pick 3's im also going to use finacial empire, an 800k purchise price out of Empire maker, Beamer he looked very good breaking his maiden at Tampa, and the horse I really like Halo's Thunder , first time blinkers for a very good barn, Ken Mcpeek, he has back class running in a G2 and G3 last year, lets try to beat the fave and get a price guys !!!!

Made it in the top 200,not to bad there Vet. I played TS Pigskin & Ponies contest today and my horse at Fairgrounds and SA both took 2nd. My 2 pigskin picks are GB and Pitt for whoever wants to play the fade on me considering my horse results from earlier

Also,Kev WTF is Snow doing with Nabokov? Because it happened to him a couple times in the past years,he does this to my Wings? The Isle's are going where with him this year? He is the long term replacement for DiPietro? This move was to block a rival in the division or conference? Just curious your "unbiased" opinion on the off horse subject that effects both our fav hockey teams.

Your disclamer is not necessary St1lgar,we know I always liked the Big A,but there is no money to be made on a consistant basis imo there....Example from today.....Early PK4 paid $30.25,the late PK4 paid $21.80,and the PK6 paid $155.00.....Yes $155 for a PK6,so everyone who played it,hit it i guess,LOL. My 1st PK4 i ever won was here in 07,and it paid $45,was the last time i played the Big A.

Kev,Ken Holland didnt seem to upset about the situation,so i guess considering a thank you is in order. Isles in 2038,count on it!
