We have recalculated your account balance and removed $6847 from your account due to the following wagering rule:
Players that have received a bonus of 50% or higher, and still have unfulfilled wagering requirement that is associated with said bonus, are prohibited from placing wagers where, if at the time of placing the wager, the Risk amount is greater than 50% of the value of the deposit that is associated with the unfulfilled bonus wagering requirement. In cases where this rule is violated, wagers will be canceled, associated winnings will be voided, and accounts may be permanently closed based on management’s discretion. So if for example you make a $100 deposit, and receive a 100% bonus, making your balance $200. By this rule, you are not allowed to place a wager with a Risk amount of greater than $50 until your wagering requirement has been completed.

I blocked out my name for confidentiality reasons. This is a clear freeroll on my wagers no? The system accepted my bets and then once they won confiscated a bunch of my winnings. If I would have lost those bets they wouldn't have given me my cash back from the bets lost. I posted a complaint with sbr forum but can not post there any longer as I cursed/insulted the wrong people and they banned me for doing so. (I was drunk as *** it was a dumb ass mistake)

Do I have a case? Can someone do me a favor and post this on sbrforum in the sportsbook and industry subforum? They must try this a lot with people knowing a certain percentage of people will not dispute it or know about sites like sbrforum who will try to help players get paid in shady cases. Please someone post this on sbrforum and let me know what you think regarding this nonsense.

It's a bullshit, non-standard rule. It should not be enforced, and wouldn't in a Court if these cases were legally heard in a US Court.

I'd pitch your case to SBR. They are highly rated, and this is Mickey Mouse when their software could have avoided it. It's just a "Gotcha" rule, and top books (which they claim to be) simply don't try that.

i mostly stopped wasting time with sbr. of the ~10 complaints i've filed in the past couple years, they didn't respond to any of them of their own volition. sometimes i start a thread about it, and once it gets about 20 replies, then SBR will email, notify me that they're looking into the situation, not acknowledge that they didn't respond for five days, and then post in the SBR thread that they have been in contact with the OP

youwager scammed me out of $15k and the evidence was pretty overwhelming and SBR sided with youwager and banned me and locked the thread without ever giving an explanation

will hill stole $1k and i don't think sbr even responded to that one

optional scolded me for daring to post a thread sharing that intertops sent me a btc payout that was 40% short, after i'd contacted intertops and they told me to **** off, and then filed an sbr complaint which also got ignored.

Can someone post this on sbr in the sportsbook and industry section for me please? I got banned from posting on sbr for being drunk one night and saying some not so nice things to the mods....

There was an EXTREMELY small window of time when SBR was what they purport themselves to be. Maybe fifteen (15) years ago? They are not consistently a player's advocate, really.
