Pretty bad weekend for me. My only 'win' came from a cancelled bet. The funny thing is that I was eyeing up the lines of both "Everton to score @1.80" and "Birmingham vs Man United DRAW @3.50", but decided the lines I picked were 'safer' lol. Oh well.

Read on another forum that someone put $8k on Angola at 1.01 when they were 4-0 up with 78mins gone. Must've been the worst 12minutes of his life!

Wow I thought it was at the half or something, 78 mins is pretty sick. Would have to be a +EV bet you would think, although with the possibility of rigged games who knows. In any case, if you can't take the variance, don't make the bet.

I read somewhere that the African CoN usually has a lot of low scoring games. Maybe it's time for another look at the unders market? Going to try to find some data for previous years...

This game wasn't fixed at all, you know there are certain patterns when it comes to fixed games and this game doesn't fit any criteria or anything.
Great bet, although 1.01 seems VERY big at 4-0, i find it more probably he bet it at 3-0 but that story doesn't sound as impressive.

The lone SPL game looks a low scorer. Both teams are reasonably solid in def and have little attacking threat.

Darn bet my team 2day (i kno fan monniez

) they were a huge dog in a pre league international friendly game. They dominated the first half and scored 1:0, 2nd half they had a HUGE substitution of almost the whole team (all youngsters on the field now) they messed up and i lost my potential 200$
Hate life

Was a good sweat anyways.

Any thoughts on 2morrows games?

In the Liv/Reading game I was thinking bout backing >4.5gls @ 4.6 and laying the any unq scoreline @ 3.85. This will give a profit for all scores barring 4-0 and 0-4 and we hit the jackpot if score is 3-2 or 2-3. Don't have time to do the exact calcs though since the game starts shortly and i'm busy with other stuff so just went for the over 3.5gls @ 2.58

I hit my dodgy little accumulator for today, but I'm still awaiting a refund on a bet made for the Tours vs Istres game that got postponed. Dont understand why they're keeping the stake for so long - maybe it's backed up admin work because of so many postponements?
