Saw this thread in years past on the forum so I wanted to bring it up again. If you were to take the suckers bet to name 6 teams that won't make the playoffs, who would you take? I'd guess the leading candidates are:

Jets
Bills
Browns
49ers
Bears

Who would be your sixth pick? Would you remove any of the above?

Those 5 + Rams will be the most popular. I would consider the Lions as well.

I would go with the 49ers, Bears, Jags, Rams, Browns, and the Jets. Just posting this to see if I would have won the sucker bet in a few months.

Bears will still miss playoffs but they played well against last year's NFC champs.

Colts (w/o Luck) legitimately have the worst roster top to bottom outside of maybe the Jets.

I think with the QB class coming and the need to tank for them, this year was a year you could profitably make this bet. I think a lot of people suspected the Colts were quite eager to tank and hold Luck out for quite a long time too (not for a QB but because all those teams taking QB's top 5 are gonna skip on 2 other elite OL/DE). Missed this thread but I would have done:

49ers
Browns
Jets
Colts (just liked the Titans/Jags way more)
Bears
Saints (that division)

Those saying the Bengals would have been pretty sharp. That's one I didn't see coming, but did not pay attention to their FA, camp, etc...
